Excellence speaks .. Clas Ohlson delivers!

When it comes to Excellence... we come to Clas Ohlson!

Not only are their products from good to great but delivery is fast!
I got a mix up with items.. a glitch during the cyber Monday. I called up their customer service (free number... wow!) got through in a few seconds (Another wow!) And then told option to be called back and I took it... They called back in about 2 minutes (A bigger wow!)
Polite customer services, know what he is doing chap, very sincere, shows he loves his work and company and really caring... Thank you Dean! You are a star!

Clas Ohlson rocks!

P.S. Please bring back Croydon or place one in central London!

My delivery date was 3rd to 5th…

My delivery date was 3rd to 5th December, it turned up on the 30th Nov, only problem it was broken. Sent an email straight away and within 20 minutes a chap called Dean had replied. Today the 3rd Dec the new one arrived and the broken one collected and still well within the delivery dates, the help and assistance I received fro Dean and this Company has been brilliant, very,very happy with the service I have received.

Outstanding customer service.

I spoke to Saman on Clas Ohlsen live chat about a mistake I made with an order. I'd forgotten an item and as I had bought enough for free postage I asked if I could add it on rather than having to make a separate order with delivery charge. Saman suggested she could cancel the order & I could re-do it & add the missing item. Then she found it had been dispatched - this within an hour or two of ordering, which in itself is amazing. So she very kindly offered to refund the postage if I ordered the item I'd missed off. Brilliant.
That in itself is beyond what I'd expected, but what followed was a million times better. I finished the chat and as I thought about the order, I managed to convince myself that I should have re-ordered everything, thinking the order had been cancelled and forgetting it hadn't. What a dope! I got back to Saman saying I'd made another mistake. Then realised I hadn't. Felt even more stupid. But the wonderful Saman handled all this with patience, great humour and helped me come out of this with my dignity intact (and feeling that my series of confusions and stupidity would have made a good situation comedy). By the time I'd come off the chat the second time, the refund had arrived. Thank you! You made my day! I hope I gave you a little laugh! And whatever she's paid, it's not enough!

Excellent customer service and delivery
I ordered the wrong part, contacted Customer Services and Dean quickly arranged for free return and dispatch of the replacement. Second time they sent the wrong item but it was dealt with really well with Dean arranging for the correct part to be sent straight away. DPD used for delivery which I found reliable and convenient for delivery and returns. A great company to deal with

SAMAN is the BEST!

absolutely AMAZING customer service on the chat, ended up spending almost an hour on the chat trying to get an order sorted and Saman went above and beyond to help me out and get my order sorted for me. would 100% recommend using them and getting Saman to assist you :D

We ordered something from John Lewis…

We ordered something from John Lewis and the item was suddenly unavailable. We found the same item on Clas Ohlson website, called to check stock levels and then ordered online Friday afternoon. Our order was delivered Saturday morning. (Today).
Brilliant customer service and will most definitely look on here in future! Thanks! :)

Candle Bridges 3 for 2 offer

Had difficulty completing my order so emailed Clas Ohlson, they suggested I use my computer and not iPad. This worked so ordered the 3 for 2 offer on candle bridges. They arrived next day and I am absolutely delighted with them. They were such a good price I ordered another 3 for 2 they also arrived promptly. A really good and efficient company to deal with. Would certainly recommend this company and will deal with them again.

Beware of parting with personal information

Within a couple of hours of placing my order I received a terse request to supply a copy of a utility bill or bank statement so that they could verify that my address was the same as my billing address, because it was a high value order (£110) and because they had suffered from fraudulent orders. Well hello, this is the 21st century and all my financial transactions are on line. Even if they weren't, I wouldn't supply documents that could be used for identity theft. It is a pity that they don't take as much care over their customers being defrauded as they do over their own security. £110 in not a high value order. I recently purchased a £700 TV on line from a reputable company, without all this fuss. There are umpteen ways to verify a customer's address without requesting personal information, so I cancelled the order and what happened? They sent me another request for personal information. Disorganised and out of date are the kindest ways I can think of to describe this company. Please beware of organisations that ask you for information that they don't need and which could be used to your disadvantage.

Very impressive.

I have made the odd purchase in store before, however I have never used the online service. I ordered a Karcher pressure washer which was the best price I could find online. Having placed the order which was late in the afternoon I didn't expect to receive it the next day even though that was what the web site was saying. Later I received an email confirming delivery would be made the following day. Sure enough I received a text to give me a 1hour delivery slot and options should I not be available. Delivered early in the time slot, well packaged and it works a treat. Fantastic service. I am impressed.
