Outstanding customer service

I recently bought an item from ClasOhlsen online. It was delivered ahead of schedule. I then broke part of it. I e-mailed them asking if I could purchase a replacement part. They sent me the part free and delivered free the next day. Outstanding service

I bought a inflatable bed (asaklitt…

I bought a inflatable bed (asaklitt airbed). In our second use after 10 months we noticed that the bed looses air and isn’t comfortable to use. I contacted the customer service via email and after a day they immediately ordered a replacement for me. I’m looking forward to receiving the product very soon but was astonished by their customer service.

I bought clas ohlson dab ear defenders…

I bought clas ohlson dab ear defenders as I need them for work. A few of the reviews stated that the dab radio didn't get signal and the volume wasn't loud enough. I can see why people have said this, however I have used them in many different locations and get signal most places and also the volume isn't really loud but is more than adequate to listen to for long periods. When buying these you need to be aware your not buying high quality earphones, they are ear defenders with the bonus of different options of music to play while wearing them. I would recommend them to anyone who wears ear defenders and is bored of earphones falling out underneath them.

Excellent service long after the purchase!

I purchased a pair of bluetooth ear defenders direct from Clas Ohlson in June of last year, which have served me extremely well.
When they developed an issue around a year later, a message to customer services regarding the warranty status was rapidly met by Axel Hultman, who was able to help me with a replacement.
This has been, hands down, one of the fastest resolutions I have ever experienced. I'm very pleased with both my original purchase, and the customer serivce I have received after. I've already recommended the headset to others I work with, and will continue to do so!

First Class (Clas) service

Clas have moved purchase to Amazon but not all products. I have purchased my reading glasses from CO for years, first in store and then online, however, they are not available through Amazon so I mailed Customer Services at CO yesterday and Axel Hultman, Customer Service UK, came back to me this morning to say that unfortunately they were not available through Amazon but if I had the item number he would see what he could do. In short, they are now on there way. Great service from CO and Axel in particular, thank you Axel and the team at CO, stay safe and happy

Exceptional Customer Service

I bought online but needed to return an item. I just loved that they just got on and delivered... by which I mean collected the item back from me so no trip to the post office needed. Quick, painless, simple, easy!

I was stunned at this level of customer service - 5 stars! Well deserved! And much free word-of-mouth praise to be passed around. Well done Clas Ohlson and team, keep it up, you are making impact doing this! Thanks again!

Coloured stools and super fast…

Ordered some stools came in super fast time, had a slight problem with one or two so called and the customer services were amazing offered a solution straight away and I actually got some genuine good customer service for the first in a very long time!! Will definitely shop again in future

Great products and excellent service.

Clas Ohlson have been fantastic to deal with. They have an outstanding customer service team who were able to resolve an issue with the delivery company and even followed up a few days later to update me on this. Great product and excellent service.

Class Ohlson is by far the best company for service…

Class Ohlson is by far the best company for customer service.
We had a faulty Gazebo and we contacted the company during this epidemic-baring in mind that they must be working under very difficult conditions they arranged for collection of the faulty one and delivered a replacement.
The service could not have been any better.It was all done so quickly.
I am saddened that they have closed there shops. However I will always shop online with them

Nothing less than a five star experience fo me.
Shopped with them many a time and always had exelent service from lovely staff. No impact for me despite the present situation

Absolutely excellent service

Absolutely excellent service. I had an issue with a product being cracked on delivery. I went online to the chat and spent less than 5 minutes on there with an actual person who told me a new one would be dispatched. It was with me the next day. Incredible during the lockdown period. Fantastic- highly recommend and I will be purchasing from them again when I can.

Can’t praise this company enough!!

Can’t praise this company enough!!
I haves lxc angle grinder which packed up after 4 years of heavy use, I did not have a receipt as it was a present and after a brief email, Mo, a customer service advisor processed a replacement.
Excellent!!

I am a long standing customer of Clas…

I am a long standing customer of Clas Ohlson but usually buy in store however I have purchased a pasta machine just before we got into 'lock down'. Unfortunately the machine is not what I needed so I tried to return it. Carriers like DPD are no longer collecting so contacted Clas Ohlson and they have refunded my monies and ask me to keep this item on a house!!! Amazing customer service again and again.

The pasta machine will be gifted to a friend of mine who was looking for that model! Win /win :) Thank you again guys!
