Beware that in store returns in NOT an option
I was unable to return items at the Asheville store despite your website showing them as a store contacted to your website.
Asheville store states they do not accept online returns. I will not buy from you your website again since making returns is to complicated

I placed a first order...
I placed a first order...
And not realizing I had not used my "first order coupon" worth an additional 15% off of the order. So I made an inquery as to if Clark's would still be willing to extend the offer to me. Within 12 hours, I had heard back from Clark's and they had credited my card back the 15%. Because of their kindness, I placed a second order, and I know, I know, kinda' a big splurge, but have ordered a total of 5 pairs of shoes from Clark's in the last month--giving one pair to my youngest son...which he loves, and enjoying the rest of them myself. Thanks, Clark's and well done!

Shoes just right, slippers too short
I bought a pair of black lace ups which fit perfectly. I expected that the slippers would be heavenly. They weren’t. I’m a perfect Clark’s size 9. Every Clark’s I have are size 9. So when I bought size 9 slippers I thought they’ll fit. I didn’t return them because of Hope. Could I stretch them? No. But now I could not return them as they were worn. I never thought there would be a difference in size for slippers.
