A huge thank you to the charming and very helpful manager at Clarks shoe shop in middle street Yeovil on Saturday the 2nd of May.
He was extremely careful and thorough when measuring my Grand daughter's feet .
He advised us exactly which shoes would be most suitable for her wide feet and showed a lot of knowledge on the subject.

I visited Clarks in Bluewater to buy a pair of formal shoes for an upcoming event.
Nicola (a member of staff) was very helpful throughout, she got me 5-10 different shoes (including different sizes) to try on, helped me decide on which ones would be best for me and my feet. Measured my feet and listened to me weigh things up multiple times, giving her thoughts too. She was super pleasant throughout and it was nice to be encouraged to take my time. Very good service by Nicola.

Went in Clark’s Worcester today to get my 6yr olds feet measured for a new pair of trainers. We were greeted by a lovely lady who then passed us over to a younger lady. I told her about how we need to size up due to how wide my sons feet are and that he is currently 1.5G. After measuring his feet I got told he was a standard width and he was only a size 13.5. How is this possible? The young lady then went to find us 3 pairs of trainers. When trying on his favourite pair, he told the young lady the shoe was tight across his toes, to which she replied “these are new shoes and they need to stretch” I don’t think so some how! She then loosened the straps a little bit and asked if this was better, but it wasn’t. He then tried on another pair which again he said they are even tighter and she did agree this pair was tighter. The last pair we said no to even trying on as these were lace ups and my little boy is currently unable to tie on his own to of which she replied “I think it’s about time he learnt how to tie laces in his own”. At this point I was struggling to stay calm and said we need to leave and have a think.
I then went to an independent shoe shop in another town who had confirmed my thoughts that he was measured at the wrong size and he is definitely a wide footed child and in fact he has gone up a shoe size.
So I will not be stepping foot into a Clark’s for my child’s shoes again.
If you are going for your child’s first shoes please be aware it seems that they are unable to correctly measure feet!!!!.

I was served by the most helpful assistant named Leah. I needed help with choosing trainers to support my right foot that has a bunion. (Having been advised by my podiatrist for the type of shoe.) Leah went to great lengths to accommodate my particular requests including my difficulty with laces. She took great care in bringing different models, sizes and colours until eventually she found exactly what I needed. Nothing was too much trouble for Leah and she maintained her good humour and pleasant disposition throughout. I'm pleased to say that I bought one pair of trainers as well as a pair of sandals for my holiday. Thank you Leah!

Maddock was very helpful with measuring and fitting my 6-year-old in new school shoes and my 1-year-old with new trainers.

Robbie was amazing with my daughter. She has very narrow feet and managed to try several options. He had great knowledge of the products, material and how to measure correctly for her. He was patient and polite. I will come back

Danny was super helpful in finding the right shoes for me and made sure that I was taken care of, showed me a variety of options and went above and beyond. Went in looking for one pair and left with two. Super lovely staff and environment, with great prices.

I recently visited the Hereford Store with my 3 year old who hates having his feet measured and trying on new shoes. We were served by Dee who was fantastic! Not only was she patient and understanding with my son but we managed to measure and fit him for 2 pairs of shoes. Store was welcoming, clean and staff were very friendly.

I had such an amazing experience at Clarks thanks to Talisha. She was honestly out of this world! From the moment we walked in, she made both me and my mum feel so welcome and comfortable.
Talisha was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She really took the time to understand what we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly the right shoes. Nothing felt rushed, and she made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.
It’s rare to come across customer service like this these days, and Talisha truly made our visit memorable. We left feeling really happy with our purchases and grateful for all her help. Thank you so much!

The staff were very helpful in guiding me for sizes and styles for what I wanted.
Things got busier while I was there so there were some delays and confusion in who was asisting me, but everyone was lovely.

So happy with my purchase and the service I received today. Talisha, who has great energy, helped me pick out some trainers as a multi purpose staple for my capsule wardrobe. Service wasn’t remotely pushy, but attentive which is often lacking when trying to find sizes at many stores.

Charrae and Jason went above and beyond when serving me on Monday. Before I entered I felt really deflated but I had such a great experience at the Bullring store as I was able to leave with what I wanted. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, patience and excellent service.
