I recently came into the Hereford store for some shoe care where I was served by Elliot and Anna, both were very helpful and provided excellent service.

I took my son to Clarks in Hereford to get new school shoes. My son has autism and can’t sit/stand still for even a moment but Anna was fantastic with him and even managed to take his foot measurements as well as getting him to try his new shoes on to check they were a good fit!

Jocelyn at the Hereford store was amazing. Unfortunately the boots I ordered to store just weren't right so Jocelyn suggested another pair and they were perfect. I would have not even tried them on without her knowledge and help. Thank you 😊🙏

Chloe in the Hereford branch was an absolute dream with our little boy (helped massively by her dinosaur t-shirt!!). Thank you so much!

Visited Hereford store and was assisted by Joceyln, who was patient and very pleasant whilst measuring my grandson's feet. She was also very helpful with choice and making sure the fit was correct and comfortable.

The lady who served us in Hereford was lovely with my daughter. Chloe has served us a couple of times before. She makes measuring fun for kids! My daughter said I like that lady. She is a nice lady. Can she come to my house!

Chloe in Clarks Hereford did a great job of looking after both of my children when they needed to get their shoes fitted and chosen. Lots of energy and smiles.

Dee the manager was friendly and helpful. She made me feel taken care of especially as I was in a hurry for a pair of heels for a wedding. I appreciated that she helped give suggestions whilst never pushing or pressuring me to make a decision even despite other customers in the shop. She gave me time whilst she helped them. She's a strong factor in why I bought my shoes from clarks rather than shopping around.

Popped into Clarks as my son needed a decent pair of shoes. We were served by Chloe who was amazing!! He absolutely loves his rainbow sea themed shoes! Thank-you so much. Really great customer service ☺️

My son needed needed school shoes so went in to Clarks in Hereford and we weren't disappointed. We were seen straight away and didn't have to wait. Dee was extremely helpful measured my sons feet and was abke to show us five different types of shoes for him to try on. Extremely happy and my son loves his shoes.

Chloe was very helpful today with measuring my daughters feet and trying trainers. She was very good with children and made us feel relaxed. Thank you. 😊
