Beware that if you place an order you are automatically set up as a subscriber and the only way to opt out is to email customer service.
But they don't just cancel the subscription they attempt to make you keep it with numerous offers. I kept saying no and after their last email where I still declined the offer and asked them to cancel they didn't respond. A week later I emailed again for the 4th time and they finally cancelled.
I'm glad I used PayPal as that was my next step as I know they will protect buyers from this type of deceitful selling.
I do not recommend them.

If I could give a zero I would. I placed a second order because I had no issues the first time around. The second time they tried to say I had signed up for a subscription and had to fight to have it cancelled. Then they had already charged for the order and said they could cancel the subscription but the order that I paid for was already processed and would ship. After days of no shipping confirmation I reached out again and they said the order was placed on hold and hadn't shipped. I again said just to cancel the entire thing. Multiple emails back and forth and they finally cancelled the order but they took $30 off of the amount of my refund. This place is a big scam!

Like the other reviews. I order a one time shipment. They keep sending and charging me every month $100+ dollars with 3 months worth of supplies. I canceled over the website and refused their discounts. They charged again and said my cancellation was not finalized. I just got another charge. This is a scam company. Do not order from Claranova!!!!

Did not receive package and their customer support is telling me I need a non delivery certificate from the post office, despite not sending me a valid tracking number. I’ve never heard of a non delivery certificate. These people are complete crooks, DO NOT BUY from them.

I ordered the buy 2 get one free deal in August - that is a 3 month supply. They state it takes 3 months to truly see results. I figured if it works, I’ll order more. I NEVER agreed to be enrolled in a subscription. Less than a month later I get an email stating another 3 month supply is preparing to ship, even though I haven’t even gotten through the first 30 day bottle. I went and looked on my banking app and there was indeed a pending charge from Claranova Labs. I went to their website and there is no way to log into your ‘account’ to view if your are under a subscription or to change/cancel. I sent an email to their help email and stated I never agreed to be enrolled in a subscription plan nor did I authorize them to charge my card. I demanded a refund and the pending shipment canceled. They emailed me back stating the order already processed and could not cancel the shipment (even though tracking showed only a label was created). They offered me 3 solutions, none of which were a refund. I sent a second email demanding the refund again and for them to provide proof I agreed to be enrolled in a subscription plan. They emailed back offering me a 30% refund and they would cancel my subscription- no evidence of my authorization to be enrolled in a subscription plan. I emailed one last time and told them I do not accept the 30% refund and I will be requesting a chargeback with my bank. And if I receive the product, they can send me a return shipping label at their cost to return if they want it back. I went that day to my bank and started the chargeback process and canceled the card they used to charge me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU DO, PREPARE TO BE UNKNOWINGLY ENROLLED IN A SUBSCRIPTION THAT SHIPS 3-MONTH SUPPLIES EVERY MONTH!!

Like the other reviews I ordered three bottles in August 2026 and that's a 3-month supply. In September they sent me three more and said I could send them back but it was costly so they give me 30% off now comes October and they just shipped three more bottles despite my request to cancel. Here is the message I sent last month "It will cost me more to ship it back so I will take the 30% off offer. Please cancel any future orders". Total scam company do not do business with them

This company selling supplements is a total scam. I originally purchased multiple bottles to utilize a deal they had. However, they sent me 3 bottles again the next month, knowing you can only use 1 bottle per month. I tried to go online like they said to modify my subscription & their website is completely down now. I reached out to customer service via email & they responded saying they could send fewer bottles per month or push monthly shipments back. But then the next month I got a notification that they were sending 3 more bottles. I reached out again after finding out their website is still down & asked to cancel. Their response included the same options without a cancellation & refund for the new order. I’m reporting the fraud to my bank today so they can block them from continuing to charge without providing a way to cancel. Total scam.

Just be aware the peptides skin tightener. If you need to return it, you have to send it back to China and you do not get all your money back. The cost to send it back to China is costly.
I would give it a rating but I can't take it due to the fact of medical condition that I have and the products that are in it. Definitely a Big waste of money. Make sure you read the ingredients.

Terrible crooks. Terrible product. Comes from China and if you want to return it you have to pay for postage to China! Sent me a subscription order and billed me 2 weeks after I got the first order, NOT a month as promised.
