The claim took a lot longer than promised by Sarah Kauser. I submitted some statement THREE times,before she had all she wanted. Then it went quiet for some weeks. Lauren took over and withing a short while,I was informed by her that my claim had been accepted. After their fees,I got back about 62% of the original investment. As I had anticipated getting nothing,it was a small bonus.

I found Claiming 4U very helpful at every stage of my claim always keeping me up to date with regular progress reports by email or phone thanks to Jemma Gowing the claims manager. First class service.

Claims4u called cold called me and mentioned they could obtain a payment for a Providence Bond of £10K I had which had gone bust.
I had written it off a year or so ago but Claims4u found out about it and gave me a chance to receive a substantial amount back after their commission.
The process began and took a few months after I sent various documents to them. It was frustrating at first dealing with various different people but Lauren O'Flaherty took over recently and has been much better at communication.
Today I received a cheque for £6,118 which came at a good time for Christmas after Claims4u took their fee of £3,441 which was 36% of the total reclaimed.
This was quite high but I had already written off the original £10k so in a way, it was a nice surprise and I can't complain.

They may take a large commission , but they earn it . I thought I had no chance of a claim until these guys got involved . I received a cheque which was most unexpected . Super efficient and so easy to deal with . A big thank you goes to Leeann McNamara

I used claiming 4 u to sort out a problem with my pension the were successful but there fees are very high as they took a third of my claim which was a big shock when I saw what they were taking .

Sarah and Lauren were brilliant to deal with. They recovered claims for both my husband and I; super efficient, easy to deal with, great communication throughout... would have given more than 5 stars if I could.

It took a while in order to receive money back for my Providence bonds. Thanks to Sarah and everyone at Claiming4U to helping me recover something back.

Sarah was very helpful. The claim for money I thought I had lost went through very smoothly and payment was prompt once the claim had been agreed. Would ask Sarah for help again if ever needed.

My claim against Providence Bonds was handled efficiently (by Sarah Kauser in this case) and the settlement cheque arrived promptly.

I dealt with Kris Smith and he was excellent got me my money in a short time which I had given up along time ago thank you

Explained everything very thoroughly. He was polite and professional.

I had given up hope of recovering any money on my late wife's investment in a Providence bond which had failed. Out of the blue came a letter from Claims4U suggesting they could recover the investment on a no win no fee basis. After problems with me getting the required information to Claims4U & hence FCFS, to progress the claim, the eventual outcome was very quick & sucessful. The only downside is they require a hefty fee for this help but I suppose without their involvement I would have seen no return.

I purchased Providence Bonds and never thought I would see any money back. That was until I was contacted by Claiming 4U, Sarah was was excellent in the process, keeping me informed at several stages during the proceedings and eventually returning some of the capital, I was very happy.

Purchased Providence Bonds, I had written this off. Sarah helped but in a claim for me, of course had to pay the fee but was worth getting extra money back.
