I recently purchased PC Building Simulator 2 (Epic Games Account) from CJS CD Keys and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

After completing the purchase, I carefully followed all the instructions provided to redeem the product. However, I never received access to the account. I waited over 30 minutes before contacting customer support for assistance.

Sadly, the support team did not resolve the issue. I received generic and unhelpful responses that did not address my problem or offer a clear solution. There was no real attempt to fix the situation.

As a result, I escalated the issue to PayPal, and thankfully, PayPal refunded me instantly.

While I appreciate PayPal’s quick action, my experience with CJS CD Keys was frustrating and unhelpful. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this seller.

Paid for a Xbox gamepass key only to be given an expired key and customer service stopped replying. Obvious Scam

Total rubbish! The key they sent me for MS Office 365 Family did not work. Microsoft did not recognise the key, which I guess means someone made it up. I have contacted Cjscdkeys Zendesk numerous times about this and am continually fobbed off. Waste of money dealing with this lot of bloody robbers.

Waited for a refund for a month, didn't receive it at all.
Bought a game key that wasn't working (since it was activated), requested for a change of a key, they ignored, requested for a refund, they ignored. Made another request and they said they will respond to the previous request within 12 hours. They didn't. Avoid this site.

Got a key for a game it was expired they wanted for me to prove to them that i didnt use the key and that i need to contact origin for this. Dont buy from this site but if you do do it with paypal they refounded my purchase witih hours great work by PayPal.

Got scammed, they stole my money, said the order was canceled, never got my money back. Scammers do not buy!!

Bought a Game Pass code from them and before they could provide me with the code I was requested to send additional documents for their anti fraud system. I denied based on their support article which clearly states that I am entitled to a refund if I do not want to provide those documents. They take 2-3 days to reply to the emails and they keep insisting for the documents, without even addressing if they are going to refund me or not, clearly ignoring my request.

Save your time and peace of mind and make your purchases from a different merchant.

Bought Disney plus code fro them! It didn’t work and now I’m still waiting after 6 weeks for a refund. Can’t see them giving me one tho

Ordered a 12-month Game Pass subscription, only to then receive 4 seperate keys, none of which worked (all redeemed already). Had to jump through a ton of hoops to get a refund, including contacting Microsoft TWICE, waiting days for CJ's to respond, and then finally filing a PayPal dispute. Despite what their site says, Paypal disputes are definitely the best way to get your money back from them in a timely manner, CJ's CD Keys just doesnt want a bad record with PayPal so they try to dissuade customers from going that route. Definitely be wary purchasing from these guys.

They sold me a fake license for Microsoft Office 2021. My support ticket has been open for over two weeks now and they don't follow any SLA which means the response time is over a week. All they have done is provide another activation key which has been verified as not genuine by Microsoft. I have asked for a refund and they are no longer responding. I will now be launching a PayPal investigation. Avoid at all costs.

8 months and still no refund, after contacting them multiple times I’ve given up and taken the hit of £50 for a code that didn’t work, used cdkeys like I always have done paid £40 and had the game downloaded within the hour! Use them not this sham company!

Microsoft support seem to have removed the live chat to speak to them I assume only down to this complete joke of a company telling people a way to get onto a person through it and the multitude of complaints. When you give this company a chance you lose the right with the bank to get the money back as they take to long to reply!

I hope everyone reads this before using them as their fake reviews hit the top of the search but please check the bad and terrible that’s the real ones!

I bought and downloaded a key for Microsoft Office but when I tried to download the program itself, the link that they provided didn't work. Their help desk misunderstood my appeal for assistance (willfully perhaps) and ignored my further appeal for help. They have received my payment and seem to have no further interest in the matter.

Thieves. They will take your money and sell you dodgy keys that get revoked. Be warned!

1. They sell fake/useless keys.
2. They take payment and refuse to refund by not communicating with you. Multiple messages and emails are futile. They will not communicate with you.
3. PayPal: when escalating the issue, demanding a refund, suddenly, they communicate that they will not communicate because you escalated the issue.

Illegal practices, plain and simple.

Bought two keys, but they link the wrong type of installation, and now they wont return my money....

Totally useless and untrustworthy! Bought a 12 month code and they gave me a 3 month code instead and didn't resolve the issue. Proved it via Microsoft too! W@nkers!
