We inspected the desks and chairs in the showroom, found what we wanted and did a fair deal including delivery. Best of all the delivery guys turned ON TIME and set up everything for us! Great experience and we will be back!

Received a chair and desk in good state for a very fair price. Got quick responses to questions over email and calls. The delivery drivers were helpful and offered to place the desk and chair in my room rather than leave it on the pavement for me to carry in. Definitely recommended

We needed some new chairs for our boardroom but were concerned about ordering secondhand furniture. Sophia was great and talked me through the process. The chairs I selected were delivered on time and with excellent communication, however, some were more used than was acceptable to us. Sophia resolved our issue quickly and effectively, suggesting alternative chairs and arranging these to be swopped out with our original order. The replacements are high quality and in excellent condition. City Furniture will now be our go-to store for our office furniture needs.

Helpful staff when I had a query, delivery was punctual, condition of desk was fine, so overall very happy.

Have used these guys a couple of times when kitting out a new high street coworking space. Easy to use, responsive and decent quality items - desks, chairs, lockers. Shout out to Chakotay for sorting out an issue with missing locker keys within 24hours!

The delivery timeline they offered was really quick, and they were able to move it when the first date offered wasn't convenient for me. The furniture was of good quality (as described) and the delivery / installation itself was seamless: quick and professional.

Completely untrustworthy. Happy to communicate until they have taken your money then items not delivered, repeatedly not responding to messages, fobbed off on the phone, unreturned calls.

Like getting blood out of a stone... avoid this company!

Cowboy company.

Very quick and helpful at organising the sale of a product, but that's where anything good ends.
When the chair that I ordered arrived, it wasn't as described.
Usually that's not a problem when you deal with a real company, but these cowboys have systematically chosen to ignore my request for a refund for over a month.

Avoid this company and use one of the many other legit used furniture companies out there like Corporate Spec.

Received a 4-desk station with a box full of bolts but absolutely no assembly instructions. Attempted to seek help via phone, only to be told by the representative, "I'm just a salesman and I can't help." Further requests for assistance were dismissed with a suggestion to email them, with no reassurance of timely support. Extremely disappointing service.

We needed our new office space to be furnished with desks and chairs. I called and spoke with Rebecca who was so helpful. I couldn't find the chairs I was looking for and Rebecca went above and beyond to help me. Extremely reasonably priced and the service was brilliant from the point of ordering to delivery. I would highly recommend this company.

I visited the Saltney showroom today to buy some furniture for my new office. Great prices and delivery in the next few days - I've saved myself a fortune. Oliver was a great help, highly recommend them!

I spent a long time deciding which office chair to buy, watching many reviews. I couldn't find my first choice (Haworth Fern), but City New & Used had my second choice (Orangebox Flo) and also another chair I wanted (Haworth Very) at a good price. I received a quote, but was then told the chair I wanted was out of stock and another recommended (Posturite ). Chasing delivery for this I was told the last one was damaged and offered me another alternative (Easy Ergo) and a discount. The chair arrived, but it wasn't that great. Besides the comfort issues, the back was bent. I contacted them regarding this, but the bent back was ignored in the first two replies. When I contacted again I was CC'd in on an internal email were another one of their colleagues said they would look into what could be done about it. Still no solution.

With hindsight I should have cancelled the order when I was offered chairs I didn't recognise the brands and couldn't find reviews on. Now left with a Easy Ergo chair with a bent back.

2 stars because the Haworth Very was in good condition, a good price and they did discount it further when the other chair wasn't in stock.

Simply brilliant, from the Team that handled our request and the many changes to the Team that delivered our final order the process was seamless. They all went our of their way to find what we needed and gave us guidance as needed. We will definitely be using City New & Used Office Furniture in the future
