Mlol is such a lovely courier. He is pleasant and helpful. The app used by city spirit is very good and enables you to see exactly when your delivery will arrive. A professional service all round.

Superb Setup
From the start, delivery information was live and accurate. Being updated 24hours in advance via text with a reasonable delivery window (09:00-13:00) was great to be able to plan my day. A fantastic feature is the updates link: fantastic because it actually works! Being able to see how many stops away the driver was meant I could be on site at the right time. The driver, M039, was polite, friendly, efficient and calm. It was refreshing to not have goods thrown at you by a driver who only shows you the back of their head. Great service.
