We had scheduled a team holiday outing well in advance with this company, and unfortunately, it was canceled at the last minute. This caused significant inconvenience as our plans were already set around the event, and there was no opportunity to make alternative arrangements.
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, the lack of timely communication was very disappointing. We had hoped for better notice and consideration given the planning involved.
We hope the company takes steps to improve communication and reliability in the future.

I'll be honest here, the experience MAY have been different if there had been more people to do the cruise. The food was great, the staff was great....buuuuut for the price, I wouldn't do it again. Pretty boring, Baltimore Harbor isn't really anything to see and sitting outside on the deck was super duper super dry and boring. For a quarter of the price, I could have done the same good food and a nice restaurant. (Over $500 for 2 ppl).

We used the City Cruises Pass during a trip to Toronto.
You can add the ticket to your Apple wallet, which for me is an added bonus because you don’t have to worry about pulling the ticket out of your bag every time you get to a new location.
The price point was alright and the different exhibits, that the ticket provided access to, were good.
I would definitely recommed the City Pass.

My husband and I visited Chicago this past September and were really looking forward to our City Cruise experience. I purchased our tickets through Groupon, and unfortunately our plane was delayed due to weather. Per Groupon’s instructions, I immediately contacted City Cruise to reschedule for later that evening or the next day.
The customer service agent at City Cruise was unable to assist and directed me back to Groupon. When I reached out to Groupon, they referred me right back to City Cruise. This back-and-forth was extremely frustrating. I went to the ticket booth several times, but no one was available to help. When I finally found a representative, they still weren’t able to provide any real assistance or resolution.
As a tourist, being out more than $200 with no support from either company was very disappointing. I truly hope City Cruise improves their customer service process, especially for travelers who face unexpected delays.

I recently went on a City Cruises experience and the staff was wonderful throughout the evening. Everyone was kind, professional, and the atmosphere was great. My only issue was with dinner service. My table for two never received our meal during the dining portion of the cruise. We waited, notified staff, and even left to dance before returning for dessert, but our dinner still hadn’t been served. It was eventually brought to us much later, and we had to take it to go.
I still appreciated the energy and hospitality of the staff, but I hope the dinner service can be more consistent so guests can fully enjoy the experience on board.

The cruise itself was great. I think the amount of money for tickets (purchased 15 tickets that were over $215 a piece - with tax and fees, almost $4,000. Asked about a discount or even military discount none for holiday cruises) we should have at least been able to specialize our food order. I celebrated my 65th birthday, would have been nice if people celebrating birthdays and anniversaries got served a special dessert of their choice. The crew was nice, just feel the meal could have been better-maybe the ability to place food order at the time of ticket purchase so the food crew can prepare. All and all we had a great time.

Cancelled the last boat back and didn't bother to tell anyone. Nobody replies to my messages. AVOID
My family and I travelled from the London Eye to the Tower earlier that afternoon using our 24-hour hop-on hop-off pass. Before boarding, we confirmed with staff that the last return boat from the Tower was at 17:15, and this was also announced over the tannoy during the journey. This was extremely important to us as my 6 year old boy is autistic and cannot cope with the crowds or noise of the Underground.
We made sure to return to Tower Pier by 17:05, in good time for the final departure and stood in the rain with our 6 and 2 year old, only to discover at 17:30 that the last boat had been cancelled without any announcement or communication to passengers. This left us stranded, and as our 6 year old son cannot tolerate the noise and crowds of the Underground, our only option was to take a £29 Uber back, which cost more than the cruise pass itself.
We specifically booked City Cruises for the round trip to avoid such situations, so this cancellation caused significant stress and inconvenience, and meant we were only able to use half of the service we paid for.
I've contacted them about this and received no reply. Would not recommend.

I booked my cruise on Nov. 21, 2025. I never saw any policies stating that I could not cancel at any time. I also did not see the insurance offering for being able to cancel 2 hours in advance the day of. I called today to try to cancel and was informed of this information today. I had my brother who was able to come from GA on the last minute to VA for Thanksgiving. (he is a pilot who flies ppl for Holidays) I needed to add to my party and online, it allowed me to be added to a waitlist. Why would it allow a waitlist option, if they know that ppl cannot cancel until 72 hours before and only those insured can cancel up to 2 hours in advance. I had called earlier to see about any cancellations and also was not informed of any of these policies till I called back the second time to cancel. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told no supervisor was available and that any such request was denied and that the phone agent had no ability to do a cancellation. I have no information in my booking nor in my emails that specify cancellations are not allowed and that money would not be given back for such a cancellation. I am highly upset and need a resolution or I will never be using a service such as this again.
