Very good professional company, any queries are responded to quickly, payroll processing turnaround is quick and within deadlines, very useful that you have a specific contact for your payroll. Would highly recommend Cintra for any business wanting to outsource.

Payroll experience
I have used Cintra payroll for the last 8 years and have watched the company grow from strength to strength.

Cintra is an awful software
Cintra is an awful software, when I tried to login in it asked me to reset my password, and when reset it doesn't work
You need not to sell that rubbish software anymore

Terrible contact person, like talking to a brick wall. Website useless, tried to get an update of my login details and sent me to a haberdashers site! I'm a teacher!

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. Not only have they failed to supply pension info on time they have nearly missed 2 of our last 3 payroll dates. Now I have found that they have moved our PAYE and Pension DDs forward by 2 weeks without notice, leaving us in a very difficult position financially. This firm is awful and I strongly recommend anyone who reads this to avoid them at all costs

Absolutely awful service provided
Despite numerous reminders, Cintra have failed to provide details to my pension provider (Teachers' Pensions'), where my employment record shows one month's pensionable service out of the six months since they took over these duties for my employer in December 2022. I have yet to receive a reply to the numerous phone calls and emails that I have sent them. I absolutely would not recommend this organisation to carry out your payroll duties.

Absolutely useless company
Absolutely useless company. Unable to access paylsips etc. Told they are going to reset my account but nothing. Why my employers use them I do not know. Don't try to reset your password as it locks you out and then will not recognise username/password. You cannot get hold of them as the click for assistance hyperlink opens a window you are unable to type in.
