Cintra's websites are clear, concise and easy to use. The payroll reports that Cintra provide give us all the information we require.

After moving over from another bureau we have found Cintra payroll to be easily managed and quick turn around. Queries once logged are dealt with efficiently.

The Outsourced team at Cintra are amazing. They make running our payroll each month really easy and nothing is ever too much hassle. I can't fault the service we receive from the team, often going the extra mile when asked questions or helping us with any changes.

We've used Cintra's outsourcing services for a number years now at our College. They are very friendly and easy to get along with. They also support us when we get into difficulty and require a last minute emergency change to our payroll. They are pretty good at dealing with the complexity of payroll in an education setting.

Really happy with the payroll process since our transition to Cintra. Our payroll support team are always quick to respond and assist with any issues we have on a timely basis so we are confident the payroll process is efficient and complete each month.

We feel secure in our knowledge that we have specialist skills and support for ensuring that payroll gets paid and that we are fully compliant.

Our payroll was previously completed by our accountants, but they sold that aspect to Cintra. There were a few teething problems, to begin with, as we are now involved each month, whereas we were not before. So have to remember time scales etc otherwise they fine you, don't like that stress. However, our payroll for two directors stays the same each month and so it is so easy for them. Not sure on the feedback for a more complicated payroll, as they require clients knowing about payroll and we don't! We deal with Leah each month and she is really good at helping with any queries, like those we had at year end.

Didn't apply HMRC tax codes (confirmed by HMRC) so I now owe over £2000 GBP in back tax.

I need to make a DSAR request under GDPR law. My employer uses Cintra iQ. However, I need to make this request directly with Cintra iQ, and Icouldn't find the relevant email address anywhere on your website.

Could you please guide me ?

I would like to compliment and thank the team I had the pleasure to work with at Cintra whilst temporarily being responsible for payroll services at my employer. Very professional and dedicated individuals with a friendly and personal touch. I was new to the business and could rely on the support of my team to take away my unease being unfamiliar with UK payroll legislation. I would highly recommend Cintra to any company looking for a partner in providing solid HR payroll delivery.

It's the worst software for obtaining payslips l have ever used. I never works.
Each month it never accepts the password
Then have to wait 10mins on 1st attempt.

I have used Cintra for around 2.5 years after we migrated from Tracepay. Cintra Cloud I would say is for smaller payrolls and we were struggling to have the control we needed for our larger payroll (circa 1100 employees). We upgraded to Cintra IQ and can not fault the system or service. Jeff our account manager is super helpful and polite, along with everyone I have spoken too. Support is quick and respond to your queries usually within 24 hours.

Have been using cintra payroll coming up to 3 years. The system is easy to navigate and service turn around times are quick. If i have any queries the team are quick to response. Happy with the service we are receiving from them.

It is just a cloud based payroll software which requires self management. Not an outsourced payroll company at all. Punitive penalties for errors and each month is like paying people blind as you have to submit before being able to check anything. I spend far more time on payroll now than when I did it in house. If nothin ever changes in your payroll then it would be fine but if not then a Quote from Cintra "Its not for everyone" Thats for damn sure!

This is the 2nd company I have worked for using Cintra, and have always been happy with the service provided.
I find the process easy to use, I like the way you can see when salaries have gone up or down on the previous month.
Claire who processes our pay role is brilliant, nothing is ever too much trouble and given our payroll is not the simplest to process, this really helps.
Any messages sent via the cloud are always answered in a timely manner.

It is a delight to work with this company and in particular Joanne. The communication we receive is always helpful and pro-active to ensure we are keeping our own employees up to date for their best user experience. We are always notified of any possible payroll changes well in advance and given constant support from the Cintra team. Cannot recommend this company enough!

I have always found Cintra helpful. Have recently requested a lot of reports which have been turned around in a prompt time, and always contained enough and extra useful data.
