Fifth times of renting a car with that company (Canary islands). As always no problem, no surprise with the price fully inline with our internet reservation. Office peoples are available and reply quickly by mail or phone.

Most interesting feature is the…
Most interesting feature is the "no-franchise" which is always included with CICAR and that you have to pay usually as an option with all others agencies.
They are usually a bit more expensive than the others agencies but the pick up and drop off are very fast and you get the car that you paid for.
The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because the cars we got were not is the best conditions.

very nice person at the agency, She stayed only for us and she spoke our langage (french) very well. The car was perfect for the place we were (mountain island) and quite not expensive. We experienced no problem during our 1-week stay. Thank you very much !
