Churchill were great, contractor awful

Churchill were great, Polygon were great but the other contractor they appointed was truly awful. Rude personnel, had to be constantly chased by us and Churchill, work had to be done later as it had been forgotten and so on.

Terrible systems

They charged my account for a renewal even after I used their portal weeks earlier to cancel a policy. Their complaints people couldn't agree that they had made a mistake because they blamed 3rd party software providers not being able to provide data to them confirm their error. This is all after their automated phone system not working properly when I called them taking ages to get to a person as a result. Now have to wait to get my money, which they shouldn't have taken, back.

I found their reminders

I found their reminders, renewal and confirmation process confusing. The final confirmation quoted the start of my new policy rather than the period it covers??

Churchill car insurance, USELESS.

My insurance with Churchill ended yesterday.They email me to tell me.
They say "log into your account to find various details. When I try to after around three seconds they say "sorry your timed out".
What a useless company, I changed my car insurance with them because of after a clean year they were going to DOUBLE my premium.

Returning customer

Returning customer, had been with churchill for many years then switched to LV. You dont'realise how good churchill is until you go elsewhere. LV increased premium by nearly 100 per cent, for no reason. So back with churhill

Very quick response

Very quick response, Excellent group of quotes , was able to find exactly what I wanted at a great price, in fact£500 less than quoted by a van insurance company !
