I know how to improve the taste!
I drink it as it is good for me but do not like the taste! I get round this by liquidising it with organic cumin seeds, watercress and spouting broccoli It has changed it into a delicious drink.

Not worth the cost - no changes
Have used them for four months and seen no improvements in anything. The health “experts” who advise just keep getting you to purchase more of their products because “obviously” only their products are good; they use pre-formulated script to respond to customers in the chat (anyone can do that!)
I won’t give up on them yet but, tbh, without improvement of any symptoms, not worth the cost (IMO very expensive!)

The length of time it will take an individual to see results in a particular instance depends on several things:
1. The duration and severity of the condition with which you are working (ie if you've had IBS for the past 18 months, that's going to be quicker and easier to shift than an eczema condition that has been with you for decades.)
2. How consistent and disciplined you are in following the gut health protocol (ie taking the kefir alone will not be as effective as kefir + prebiotic, see the science here: https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2026/02/260211073037.htm)
3. Whether or not you have underlying biofilm pathogens that may be slowing your results. (This can be established with a microbiome test.)
I can personally assure you that my Nutritional Therapists do not use pre-formulated scripts to respond to customers in chat - they are there to answer questions and to help you get your results moving. If you get in touch between 8 am to 8 pm and ask some detailed questions of the NT who is on call, you should get some satisfactory answers to your questions. With kefir, you get what you pay for!
Make sure that what you're taking is real traditionally fermented kefir, made with actual kefir grains (not powdered starter) and left unsweetened and unflavoured for maximum therapeutic effect. Supermarket alternative do not achieve similar clinical results to the ones that we have achieved, as published in the Journal of Transactional Medicine, and written up in Science Daily, link here: https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2026/02/260211073037.htm. This study was performed at Nottingham University by Dr. Amrita Vijay, (an award-winning and globally respected microbiologist) was peer reviewed, represents the gold standard of clinical data and certainly contains "relevant scientific facts based on detailed studies & analysis" as per your request.
