I ordered a £300 YES 300 test for mum, which arrived quickly. She sent her sample back very quickly.
They said they would inform her when it was received, she had no correspondence and has checked all her inboxes and junk mail.

It has now been almost 2 months later and we haven't had any results or information on the tests.

I'd like a refund! I can't believe they can charge this price and not have sent results!

Although I absolutely hate the taste of both the kefir goat milk and the prebiotic they worked within one week so I was still on the lower dose all my symptoms are gone and I really serious stress hives and had steroids from the doctors which helps temporarily but the came back and nothing could help this helped within six days got rid of everything I am thrilled with it although it does taste awful.

I have been using Goat's Milk Keffir from Chuckling Goat for a number of years. It is always a high quality product and arrives well packaged with clear information.

Extremely strong open with care. Follow portion instructions. I have started coming up to 3 weeks ago At the moment I am going through a parasite die off. Which is horrendous but it shows just how good the kefir is. One advice consume along with soluble and insoluble fibre.

The Chuckling Goat kefir tastes just like home made kefir, it's the only kefir I've found that comes close.

I heard about this kefir on the podcast Sliced Bread on BBC Sounds. The listener asked if supermarket kefir was worth buying. A 'gut biome' expert was in the discussion and he said yes, it's better than nothing. But the only one he would recommend was Chuckling Goat. So we subscribed and honestly, we are both obsessed with the stuff. I would drink it by the pint, if I could afford to!

I just ordered my next 4 bottles. Well, this works for me. I have no big medical issues and had been buying other brands of Kefir along the way. This one works! I genuinely feel better ( and happier?) after my glass of (lite) Chucking Goat Kefir. I take it after I go to the Loo in the night, on an empty stomach. I can feel it doing its stuff.

Great product

Take a very small amount at first

I loved the look of this company and what they stand for, and was keen to try their kefir. I started with around 2 tbsp and seemed fine for a couple of weeks (I actually enjoyed the tart taste), then experienced a significant reaction. This took a month to pass. I decided to have one last go - reading everything online it seemed to suggest if sensitive perhaps I may have tried too much too soon and a small amount would start the process of healing my tummy - so I tried just 1 tsp per day - and after a couple of weeks this triggered a reaction. I believe this was a histamine reaction, I have not had issues with histamine before and it has left me worse off than before - I now react to histamine sources that I didn't previously, developed a UTI (I have never had one before) and feel it's affected at least a couple of months of my life badly. I sincerely wish I'd never tried the product!

My thoughts would be that people buying this product are likely to have a tummy issue, so will be more sensitive. It may be better to start with just 1 tsp and monitor closely and I can't see how many people would ever be able to take 170ml a day.

My parents tried it at the same time - both have very healthy diets and no known autoimmune or gut health conditions - and have struggled to get past 1 tbsp per day and now find that their tummies are more, not less, sensitive after taking it for 3 months.

I think the advice needs to highlight more clearly how much of an impact this product can have - saying 'very strong' doesn't cover it, or saying 'start slow if you have gut dysbyosis' - I'm not sure this really covers it either. Better to explain more clearly - if you have any sensitivities, and list what they are - then start with 1 tsp.

Reading many positive reviews, it feels like maybe there are a minority of people it doesn't suit. However from my personal experience (3/3 people), I'm surprised it's not more than that.

The website is excellent and I find the emails really informative. It is great that this is an independent British company. The company were great about cancelling my subscription and the nutritionists are easy to access. However, I find that the comments made by nutritionists are very similar each time and there do seem to be some pre written texts that are posted in to the chat frequently, along with some more bespoke comments. I think when people have reactions, more questions should be asked and not just be told 'detox reaction', as I think a histamine reaction (which I had never heard of before) is a common possibility to a product of this strength.

It sounds as if this is a good product for some, I wonder if many people would be better with less strong products. Sad it didn't work for me! By all means give it a try but be extremely careful.

Have bought several times from Chuckling Goat. Good products and good customer service. Highly recommend.

I had very bad Diverticulitis- I was having constant flares, which were both painful and accompanied by extreme diarrhoea. I couldn't leave the house until at least Noon because I was constantly running for the toilet. My GP put me on the list for surgery after three colonoscopies and various meds failed. Desperate, I started to research my issues and the meds I was on. I was on opiates for 15 years, and I discovered that's the worst thing to be on, as it would aggravate my bowels, cause flares and could lead to tears and turn septic, resulting in death. On February 17th,I started the goats' kefir and probiotics from Chuckling Goat. I write this on March 28th, and I will no longer need surgery. My flares are under control, and I can eat pretty much whatever I want. I can't give Chuckling Goat enough credit for my recovery and avoiding surgery! I have a shake every morning with a whole banana, plain flavoured yoghurt and the probiotics, and it tastes great! Highley recommend it!
