Chrono24 review

Use of escrow and reassurance from Chrono24 - not needed in the end as retailer was excellent too - Chrono24 should also be applauded for that too!

It proved to be a wonderful place to…

It proved to be a wonderful place to buy a watch from. Totally honest and genuine. I can't find a thing wrong about the watch and it is running perfectly.. Postage was prompt and early delivery. I never had to worry about the money I paid..

Great experience

Great experience, watch was shipped & verified quickly. The dealer was in Japan and it was delivered to the UK within a few days.

I bought the watch from Germany and…

I bought the watch from Germany and paid a duty to take receipt in the UK.

I then decided not to keep the watch and to return it but have not been able to without the duty being paid again.

As a result I still have the watch.

This must have happened before to Chrono24 customers - why isn't there a solution?
