The viewing and buying process was easy from the App
Delay from purchase to receiving the watch was irritating. As was getting a VAT bill after agreeing a price. Partially my own fault for trusting an app and not then spending an hour reading small print when buying an item!!!!

Over all the transaction went perfectly, no problems.
My only concern was that the item description was misleading which meant that I had to purchase extra bracelet links to get the watch on. I suggested a refund of 50% of the cost of the links as a matter of good will. This matter was not followed up by your customer services.

Excellent communication throughout and the watch arrived exactly as described. The dealer was professional, responsive, and accommodated my requests during the transaction. Packaging was secure and the watch was in very good condition. The only downside was the shipping experience with UPS, which was less than ideal, although this was outside the dealer's control. Overall, a very positive buying experience.

Watch arrived in UK, after 11 days, via FedEx. Import and VAT payments paid online prior to receipt. Good communication from Chrono24 at appropriate moments in the Order process. Complete worry-free retail experience. Highly recommended!

Originally I thought the Chrono website was a seller/distributor but after an enquiry I have found that they are acting as intermediate between a buyer and the seller; much like an eBay. I had to order the watch to another country as the seller would not post the goods to the UK. I got the confirmation it has been safely delivered and I will collect it in two month time.
Good & safe shopping experience with many emails to confirm the delivery, specs and tracking.

Watches, listed by sellers from all over the world, are available, along with pictures, full descriptions and the total cost (including postage). When you decide to buy a watch, your money is held with the company and is only sent to the seller when you receive your purchase. The company continually messages the seller if the watch hasn't been sent. Excellent service and trustworthy, too.
