Excellent Cotswold bedding, quality and comfort are first class and it washes so well

The original order did not arrive due to a addressing mix up. However Christy customer service sent a duplicate order which arrived the following day. Christy's kept us informed by email at every stage.

I would give no stars if an option
I paid for a towel bale and you sent only a facecloth

Deep pile, soft and fluffy and get you dry

Company gone downhill- all cheap marketing ploys and constantly changing prices. However, thought their goods were still of the quality they used to be before being bought over by Wellspun, an Indian comany, and run by a Limited Company in the UK. Recent order proved me wrong.
Bought 2 single sheets to match other bedding/ Sent one package containing 2 sheets. Sheets were supposed the same colour but very obviously different shades with different packaging, labels etc. One possibly a Customer Return (looked washed out with faded label and was not in a usual "cotton bag" and had torn packaging and a grubby label affixed.
I had used the sheets - taken out one at a time from box - to make curtains to match bedding and did not notice until next day that they were very different colours.
I asked Customer Service to send me ONE new sheet so I could match it with one of those I had (assuming there is not a third shade of the same colour!) then I would return one. Thought this was agreed then they emailed tellign me to return at my expense for refund.
No consession to my wasted time and work.
They don't care!

Very pleased with the dressing robe excellent quality.

The presentation and delivery of the velvet throw I ordered was very good. The quality is also excellent and I have returned it only because the colour didn't quite work in the bedroom.

Colour of robe was a beautiful bright purple online but in reality a dark purple. The crushed grape robe was returned.

Our order was confirmed, processed and delivered very promptly.

Purchased the Supreme Hygro towels and disappointed with the quality. Showed signs of fraying after tumble drying, less than six months old. Christy used to be the best towels you could buy! I remember Christy towels used to be very expensive so maybe the quality has been sacrificed to sell them cheaper. I’d rather pay more and have the quality kept.

Arrived in good time and packed well.
Christy are my favourite for bedding and towels, you can’t beat the quality of their products.
