Great sun parasol. Unfortunately, I thought I’d bought the tilt version, which would have been a better choice. Nevertheless, a good, sturdy parasol. Would definitely recommend.

Appalling service
Appalling service. 4-6 days delivery!!!! We deliberately set out to support a British company but they made it very clear to us why Amazon is SO successful. After 10 days still no information on purchase to track. No one answered the phone in 2 days of calling- an hour per day…..
Only connection was chat bot which took you round in circles offering every excuse and reason under the sun for no delivery - except for the ACTUAL reason- no stock available! They missed their deadline by twice the margin, no apologies, we didn’t have the product we needed for a planned event. Certainly would not recommend!!
