I had a difficult transfer to make from a Mauritius Entity to Digital Trust. DT had just switched international wiring banks from Capital One to G Bank and the wiring instructions sent to us by DT wiring people were wrong - they did not include the Correspondent Bank called pacific Coast Bank. Leslie Anna realized that DT had made things difficult and told me to use her as the focal point for DT. She figured out the issue and then shepherded everything through- corresponding with me constantly and conferencing with SBM (the Mauritius Bank) to understand the issues and get it done. However - When DT switched wiring Banks - they should concentrate on getting the correct wiring instructions for customers - that was a bad error on DTs side - Thans much to Leslie Anna for finding the issue and following through - she was terrific..

John is the first person I have interacted with at Choice/Digital who seemed to know what my issue was and how to fix it

They were very attentive and responsive and very helpful although one transaction for a distribution took some time as I worked some confusion between a couple departments they were able to make it good and now I am doing an expedited distribution like I have in the past and I’m sure it will be well thank you
