I had used a Tesco reward voucher and hadn't realised the code could only be used once. I emailed Choc on Choc about this query and they responded and sorted out this issue very quickly. They also sent my order on next day delivery even though I only paid for standard delivery. Exceptional customer service. Chocolates are pretty good too. Outstanding presentation and good value for money.

Delicious chocolate that is nut friendly. Me and my partner suffer with allergies and we love this chocolate. It’s made fun and unique through the different designs of chocolate they offer which makes it great for gifts. Chocolate arrived all in tact, beautifully presented in choc on choc wrapping paper with complimentary chocolate buttons. Very impressed

The ideas and presentation are excellent. The chocolate is delicious. My only negative is that when you have a piece the size of a tonic can it is very very hard to bite into! I’ve taken a hammer to it!!

Wanted to give minus 10. I paid for next day delivery and they took a week to arrive. The brownies are packaged like a microwave curry, not aesthetically pleasing at all. Overpriced bombs which had already ‘exploded’ during shipping. Let’s talk about shipping, sent out in thin plain white paper and a less than supportive box. Shocking lack of care!
It’s a pity I cannot post the photos.
Every item was dirty and crushed, the box had been ripped and flattened. All had to go in the bin. Disappointed is an understatement particularly at the price you pay!!
Buyers beware.

Excellent service, quick delivery and beautifully packaged chocolates with a lovely little surprise of a little box of buttons! Lovely looking chocolate reindeers (and bigger than I expected), classy and unique for small Christmas gifts.

I was very disappointed when I opened the package. A very small box containing 9 x1”square chocolates. They may or not be very nice chocolates, but represent very poor value for £12. I certainly shan’t be buying any more from you.

A great gift for someone special

I purchased the medical chocolate gift box, t for my Auntie who had recently had a fall and broke 2 ribs, she was over the moon and thought it was a great idea and loved the chocolate.

Arrived quickly well wrapped so no broken ones (pigs in blankets). A present for granddaughter as she loves pigs in blankets. Very pleased with them.
