Chilling with a chilli’s that’s filled with electrolytes is the only way. We are on journey together. I love my bottle it’s silent base and easy use sipping top. Lovely blue with big branding on the side. Love the carry loop so all in all what’s not to like. Actually considering buying another in black always good to have 2 , 1 in use 1 in wash. We received a Chillys 'food cup' as a xmas present in stainless steel. It was used less than 10 times before the lid refused to come off- rotating on itself like a child proof lock. Chillys refused to replace the item as we were unable to locate a receipt. We were also warned to dispose of it safely as the product may 'Blow Up' as the gases inside build up! Buy with caution and dont expect any help from Chillys.

I’m really sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced with your food pot. I can understand how frustrating this must have been.
As part of our warranty process, we do ask for proof of purchase so we can verify key details such as when the product was bought, whether it is still within warranty, and whether it was purchased through a verified retailer. Without this information, we’re unfortunately unable to complete a full assessment of the claim.
In relation to the lid issue, we do advise not to leave food stored inside the food pot with the lid on for more than 24 hours. This is because food can spoil over time and naturally produce gases, which can create a build-up of pressure inside the container. This may make the lid harder to open.
That said, we would really like the opportunity to look into this further with you and offer support where possible. Please keep an eye on your inbox shortly for a message from us.

The nozzle to drink through came off within a week of using it!
I thought the bottle was fantastic. I had it a week and the nozzle to drink through came apart and it is now unusable. I have tried to put it back on but it has completely come off?????

Style over substance
Beautiful looking travel cup but the top isn't easy to twist around to open spout part.
The cup doesn't keep my drink hot for more than an hour.
Its fine as I read the reviews before I bought the cup and mainly bought it for the way it looked.

The design is very well thought out - keeps drinks cool or hot, comfortable neck to drink from, does not leak, handy carry loop on the lid, rubber base to keep the bottle steady (and quiet instead of clattering when setting it down). Just love it.
