Great customer service. I ordered a dress which was beautiful but too tight. The returns process was simple. They offered me extra credit if I choose store credit. If not they refund my form of payment. I have ordered from them multiple times and have always been pleased with the product and service.

I recently had a great experience shopping with Chicwish. The designs are elegant, feminine, and unique — you don’t see the same styles everywhere, which I really appreciate. The quality of the fabric exceeded my expectations, and the stitching and finishing details felt well made.

Sizing was accurate based on the size guide, and my order arrived within the estimated delivery window. Everything was carefully packaged and looked exactly like the pictures online.

What stood out most to me is how versatile their pieces are — easy to dress up or down depending on the occasion. I’ve already received several compliments!

I bought a chunky knit cardigan and it's exactly what I wanted. I used the size guide on the website and this was correct. It's soft and good quality. I love the colour. I emailed customer services with a query and they responded very quickly. All round, very good.

Although the products were of great quality, they just didn’t work out for me. After encountering an issue with returning the goods online, the representative I contacted through email was very helpful to make the process uncomplicated and successful. My first experience with chicWish staff has been phenomenal!!!! Zoe at costumer service has been incredibly helpful and very prompt in replying and solving my issue (replacement of an item for a smaller size).
The dresses i bought were elegant and of very good quality and exactlyas pictured, if not better! I will for sure continue to shop shop at chicwish!

I mailed back two dresses and kept my tracking slip. They accepted the two dresses back at their Irvine Ca. office. (USPS showed this when I input the tracking number.) Then, Chicwish refused to refund me. They kept on sending emails saying "we''ll get back to you in 1-2 days." And then, kept on postponing payment. I filed a dispute through my Paypal account and Chicwish (thus far) has only offered $149 of my $179 owed refund. The dresses were unworn, still tagged in perfect condition. You do the math. If they do this with every refund, they will make a BIG PROFIt.

This company is incredible pleasing to work with! They were able to help me out and props to their team! I am a frequent and loyal customer, they routinely provide me outstanding quality!

I ordered two sweaters, and I am ordering a third again. They are very warm I can wear the knit ones I purchased in the winter.

They advertise free return and then they expect you to take care of it if you leave outside the US. SCAMMERS

First of all the products sent were a very bizarre fit, despite using the sizing guide carefully there was no way they were going to hang correctly, so I sent the 2 skirts back (kept the jumper, regretting that as my husband is not impressed!). First of all followed the instructions to return from the website, including trying to create a Returns label (from UK). When this didn't work, I contacted Customer Services via the Chat, who responded, several hours later, that that function did not in fact work, and I should just return the items to the warehouse. I duly did, on 8th December. It is now 22nd February, and I have received no communication or refund; got in touch with Customer Services again who asked for proof of postage. I sent this, and now they are blanking all my messages, still no refund, so telephone number listed, no response.

the size calculator was a bit off - it told me I was a large after entering height and weight, so I had to exchange my size for a medium but the process was easy and team was helpful.

The support team at Chicwish responded promptly to my query and facilitated the return of an item that was just not designed for my body shape. I have many items from Chicwish that I love (and that prompt many compliments when I wear them), and I look forward to continued purchases of stylish, affordable and quality clothing.

Super cute clothes. Overall, I'd say they run small and are very thin. I had to return an item that I ordered up a size according to the chart, and it was still way too small. Would order again.

I ordered 2 dresses and even though they were good quality, the top portion didnt fit me well. However, the return process was very easy and quick. The customer service was very professional and nice too. I recommend ChicWish for your next purchase!

I was a little leery about buying from Chicwish as the reviews seemed to be mixed, but I've had a great experience with them so far! I placed an order for several items I absolutely loved and they came quickly. Despite my best efforts to watch sizing, some of them didn't fit and I had to do a return, which was what I was most worried about from the reviews I'd seen. It was a little nerve-wracking trying to figure it out, but their customer service was amazing and they helped me through every step. I was able to get the items replaced or returned and used the store credit to get a couple of other great pieces. My only warning would be that the sizing doesn't seem to be super consistent so you want to really watch the measurements, but I will definitely be ordering from this company again.
