Absolutley loved my items

Absolutley loved my items, I ordered 3 clutches and 3 pairs of earrings, quality exceeded expectation and they were so pretty. Customer Service was outstanding and they were so helpful everytime I requested their assistance.

Overall really positive experience

ChicWish was overall really good! Clothing quality was good, pricing seems fair, and shipping was fine. They have a "free shipping" return policy if you choose to exchange your returned item for store credit. Otherwise, you have to cover the shipping costs to return your item/ or it'll be deducted from the amount you're meant to get.

Late Delivery But good Quality and good customer services response

This review was initially written in March when I had been waiting a month for delivery Apparently it is with Yodel and chicwish don’t accept responsibility once it’s with the courier According to the tracking system it was received February 27th but no Information since then. I haven’t been able to speak to anyone in yodel since. I was due to wear the outfit tomorrow but now have to go and buy something I’m extremely disappointed.
Since writing this review the items eventually arrived but apart from being too late to wear for a special occasion I did like them and the quality is good but they were too small. After speaking with customer services they have offered me a 70% refund and told me I could keep them Which I have accepted as I can give them to my daughter in law who is a smaller size than me and they will fit her. So as earlier purchases have been good and I love what I have bought previously I will be buying again from chicwish but buy a larger size if the clothes are tight fitting as I suspect they are sized small

Do not buy from this company.

I returned an item in perfect condition as it was too big. The company kept over £33 saying its an adjustment fee. Adjustment fee for what I dont know. Im very disappointed.

Beautiful & Affordable

DO NOT BUY FROM CHICWISH

I was not able to arrange a return from the UK via the website so had to contact customer service. Having to pay for an ill-fitting skirt to be returned to the US will cost me more than the item itself. The email from 'customer service' is below. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

ChicWish customer since 2019

I have been Chicwish customer since 2019 and love every single piece I got from them. The quality is always great I have stuff from 2019 and they still look new and I always get compliments when I wear their clothes. Love their clothes they are so modest and they have variety of colors and styles
