Very happy with the level of service provided by Chicane. We were awaiting a late dealer contribution payment and rather than simply saying it’s not their problem, they paid me themselves and then took up the issue with the dealer. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic service and a highly knowledgeable team. I dealt with Suanu who presented me with a number of options based on my specific requirements. All options were built around my family needs but also taking into account my BIK tax, mileage etc (As this is a company car), essentially saving me a lot of money had I just done a simple google search.
I would definitely recommend talking to these guys. I will certainly be using them again in the future!

Suanu Lebari provided excellent service. I asked a question through their webchat on the website, and they were able to see which page I had asked from, so there was no need for me to repeat any details of the car. After an initial chat followed by a call, Suanu sent me a courtesy email with details on how to get in touch with him directly.

Suanu was always quick to reply, happy to take my calls and was very flexible and understanding when it came to choosing the best deal for me.

Throughout, he was honest and upfront on stock levels / colour spec.

I did end up choosing a deal at a different leasing company, but that was of no fault of Suanu's.
