Originally, we were with NBC, a truly brilliant company; unfortunately, they sold out to this company, Chess ICT. So many faults in the system that they never admit to. They've lost all our clients on our phones' Contacts list - changed the on-hold message without us knowing, leading clients who are on hold to think they are calling a taxi service. The portal does not work as it never recognises your email or user details. Tried to explain this when they keep sending demands for money ( how can we pay if your stupid portal doesn't let us in?) Jack from Chess ICT keeps setting up "tickets" but will not help until the bill is paid ( let us into the portal to let us pay it, and then it will be done, you clowns). Very unhelpful staff, no common sense, and the "live chat bot" is beyond useless. Forgot password function sends you a code to your email, then says it doesn't recognise the email. Seriously??. Sort it out before you send another demand for money, and learn what customer support actually means

One of the worse firm i am dealing with. Im loosing business Bcz of their unprofessional behaviour. Moved to digital line but not been advised what to do untill I got disconnected. Took them one week to order one adopter.dont know when it will arrive. Very stressful

Im going to make this short as it could take me weeks to write my whole Business experience with chess Telecom . We paid for services that never worked. When advised we needed an upgrade to achieve coverage promised , they unknowingly tied us into a new 6 year contract . Services paid for still didn't give us sufficient coverage so we cancelled contract after 8 Years of paying on time. We signed up with a new supplier thinking our cancellation of contract to be approx £1K for original contract signed for ... to be in complete shock when a bill arrive for cancellation of contract in excess of £6K !!!!!! This figure enough to close down a small Business. We fought it for nearly a Year to the point it nearly mentally broke myself and my store Manager. In fact i did subsequently end up in hospital with an FND. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY .. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE WHAT THEY PROMISE. THEN NEARLY RUIN YOUR BUSINESS IN CHARGES FOR SERVICES THEY CANNOT FULLFILL. I hope all of you at Chess that caused us so much pain read this and learn from your crucifying mistakes and are sorry for the upset you caused and the illness you instigated.
