I'm very unhappy with this company. I cancelled my account at the end of November. Services ceased on December 4th in which i paid my final bill. It's January 6th and i keep getting emails for different payments. I have signed no contract and the portal service is very unreliable. When I get in contact by telephone I feel like I am taking to a robot.

Restored Faith
I had started to lose my faith in Chess, but after speaking with Georgia Lowe who actually took the time to understand my issue, and within an hour she had called me back and had it resolved. Georgia has solely restored my faith.

In thought I had a complicated problem. I have a business contract for broadband services but due to retirement, I needed to swap this to a domestic contract.
