So much more than just a course
I was a BDM in marketing before looking to go back in Hospitality and the bar trade. Looking for a refresher course in all aspects of cellar, line cleaning. To start with a Trainer that is ex forces, worked for some of largest brands like Heineken, before joining Chemisphere, The thing that I loved was in Hospitality you are told what to do but not the why, He does. The cellar/desks is onsite, the pumps/bar are there at the training site. Allan is relaxed but never detracts from you are selling products that we drink and the need for standards. The final touch was I paid for a cellar course but he is showing me glass wash, aspects of perfect pour as well a separate course. 2 booklets that are an absolute bible, a certificate. The understanding that not all beer line cleaners are the same and human mindset to standards in cellar to the pull are so varied in this industry
Great price and here'e the interesting part fro me I looked for a great price and content of course, I could not find a place where the facilities were on site, as I had no workplace for them to visit me, yes the larger brewery chains do it but the price was out my budget, perfect for the any new potential Bar manager looking to go to site and do everything.
