Inadequate communication and delivery
Ordered and paid for 2 vertical rads on 19/6 ,had text for delivery .5.40 pm on the 24th.no delivery arrived. Ive made three phone calls, call back promised none came .rads out of stock and im still waiting to hear about delivery.plumber booked for 26/6 was not happy

Not stating that you won’t deliver nationally before proceeding to checkout is ridiculous. I shouldn’t pay for my order and expect a 3-5 working day lead time only to be asked for an additional £150 to receive my order

Helpful Staff and Smooth Ordering Process
I ordered two radiators in anthracite. Originally, one of them was ordered in black by mistake.
The delivery was spot on. The driver was respectful, helpful, and even double-checked whether I had intended to order two radiators in different colours. When I explained that I hadn't been able to find the smaller radiator in the same colour as the larger one, he kindly spoke with his manager and let me know when they would have it back in stock—which, as it turned out, was that very week.
The refund process was equally straightforward. I received the confirmation email within a few days, and the refund itself followed shortly afterwards, with no hassle or headaches.
Communication throughout was excellent. I received regular updates by email and text message, and the company delivered on everything they said they would do.
I haven't installed the radiators yet, but they look great, feel sturdy, and appear to be of very good quality.
Based on my experience so far, I would definitely buy from them again in the future should I need another radiator.
