Excellent Customer Service - Emily
An order was lost/misplaced/not delivered by the wonderful EVRI couriers. I contacted Chelsea Peers customer service and the response was first class. A lovely lady called Emily sent a duplicate order out and even upgraded the delivery to DPD at no charge to ensure its safe arrival. This was for a birthday present and we received the products the day before. In contrast to EVRI , Chelsea Peers provided a professional and Empathic service, The items we received were great too. Thanks Chelsea Peers especially Emily for making someone really happy on their Birthday

Order hasn’t arrived and customer service ignoring my emails
I have ordered from this company before with no issues. However, last week I ordered two items for my daughter’s birthday. The order was due to arrive last week but didn’t arrive. I used the tracking link on the email and it said “not available”. I emailed the company Friday and no response. Chased again two days ago. No response! And still no delivery. I will not be buying or recommending this company again.

Brilliant customer service team
There was a problem with delivery which was outside Chelsea Peers control but Loren, the customer advisor immediately arranged for another courier to speedily send a replacement for the goods Evri had failed to deliver. The pyjamas are gorgeous and I received them next day thanks to Loren & DPD

My parcel was damaged by the courier company. I contacted Chelsea Peers customer service and they responded very quickly and send a new parcel the next day. Their customer service was exceptional and I was very impressed.

I contacted Chelsea Peers after Hermes…
I contacted Chelsea Peers after Hermes advised me they had damaged my package beyond repair.
I sent the message at 10pm and within 12 hours I had a response stating they where sending a new package out straight away 1-2 working days delivery. Amazing response and very quick. Thanks again Sophie for sorting it to fast.

An online order went wrong - wrong size and despite contacting Chelsea Peers immediately they are unable to stop the order. Fortunately a manager intervened and got it sorted but overall a poor experience. Though they do make lovely PJs

Great customer service
Ordered a pair of PJ’s but the discount code didn’t apply so I was charged full price. Emailed the team and received an immediate response from Sophie to say that they would apply the discount and refund the difference.

It is unusual today to find a company that wants to communicate with their customers. Very impressive how my minor issue was dealt with. I ordered the wrong item and messaged through their portal. Within Half an hour Sophie dealt with it and it was sorted. Quality PJs quick delivery nicely packaged. I would buy here again. Great Service

Men’s pyjama set
Ordered on 17/10 and received on 24/10
I have given a 4 star because the item arrived late. However the staff were great in being apologetic and courteous about the delay. They were quick at rearranging delivery and always quick at replying to my email.
The item is a pressent so I am unable to comment on the quality of the pyjama set but they arrived in an undamaged cardboard box and well presented in tissue paper inside

Expensive experience
I purchased a pair of slippers from the Chelsea Peers website.
I paid £5.99 for next day delivery.
When they arrived, the insole of the slippers was faulty making them very uncomfortable underfoot and unwearable.
I did an online returns clearly stating the slippers were faulty, I was charged £1.99 to return them.
In the end, I was out of pocket £7.98 for a pair of faulty slippers that were returned, somehow doesn't seem right?
