I received a the pink/burgundy oversized satin PJ's as a gift. They are very comfortable and the size is great (I am a 12 and got a size Small) however the top could do with an extra button at the top as it's quite revealing. The PJ's are unfortunately 100% polyester which made me sweat and I had to remove them in the middle of the night, I found that the colour also transferred onto white sheets and stained them pink 🙁 I still like the pjs though and will probably just keep these ones as lounge wear and will order a cotton/linen pair instead.

This company is virtually a scam, it is similar to Temu or Shien but possibly even worse quality. Buyer beware I was charged £9 to return an item a light weight nightie the fabric was awful, direct from China,

This is my favourite pyjama brand. I fell in love with their peacock feather print years ago, and now own several different styles and types of their pyjamas, plus ones for my family, and a dressing gown and swimwear. I get lots of compliments, and people are always pleasantly surprised by how affordable their products are. I've tried a few other similar brands, and none are as comfortable. On the rare occasion that I've had any problems, the customer service has been exemplary.

The customer service experience I had with the Their Nibs team was beyond spectacular. I was worried my order wouldn’t arrive in time for the holidays, and they truly went above and beyond to help. They rerouted a new package, kept me updated every step of the way, and made a stressful situation so much easier during a busy time of year. I highly recommend Their Nibs and will absolutely be a returning customer.

Excellent Customer service , bought a pair of beautiful pyjamas for my daughter for Christmas, which EVRI had for weeks etc and I reached out to Heather , and she was on to it right away got get me sorted, she sent another pair by special delivery which isn't cheap , next day to Northern Ireland before 1pm, and also included a beautiful gift , a sleep journal

Glossy website, order arrived and item smelt disgusting. Returned item and was charged for return.Can not reccomend this company at all, how a smelly product gets through their quality control says that they have none. And being charged for returning item adds insult to injury.

Very disappointed with my order. The quality was poor & the colour did not match what was advertised online & on instagram! Then I had to pay send the items back!
Packaging was cheap & the items appeared to be bundled into the plastic bags. Appalling prices for substandard product!
Won’t purchase from here again.

Contacted customer service yesterday had reply almost instantly.
I've got some of the jaipur pj's. Unfortunately I've torn a hole in them. I asked if they had a little bit of spare fabric to try and repair them. They're happy to send me some material to do this. Can't thank Heather enough for sorting this for me
I've got 2 pair of pj's a nightdress and some stand alone pj bottoms from this company, they're so lovely and comfortable. Can't wait to buy some more, particularly love the voile pj's. So so soft

I had really great customer service from this company (they changed the size of my order at the very last minute before dispatch) and really love the product too! Very good quality silky pyjamas. I like to wait to review things until after I wash them, as so many things seem to change after washing, but these are as good as new after their first wash. I really like that this is a women owned business too!
The only negative I would say is that the pyjamas I bought (oversized silky red and pink stripe) have left a faint pinkish hue on my white bed sheet - so maybe wash before wearing if you have expensive bedding!

This is one professional customer-centred company. On Sunday, I ordered some PJs for a family member that were on sale. On Monday, I decided to order another pair of PJs for a different family member and emailed Their Nibs to see if I could add it to the same order. They responded immediately to say no, BUT, if I ordered and let them have the P/O No. they would package both pairs together and cancel the pp on one. They then came back to say that I had spent enough to qualify for free pp despite having paid separately. Most firms would have simply charged as two separate orders. Highly recommend this company.

Would never use again. They charge £4.95 to send a pair of pyjamas and £3 to return. Will use John Lewis collection in future

I purchased these PJs in a size M, but the bottoms are huge and extremely long. The fabric also feels like a plastic bag, uncomfortable and sticky against the skin. I would have returned them, but unfortunately I had already altered the length before realizing how poor the material felt. Would not buy again.

Beautiful quality and design,I have several pairs of Their Nibs PJ's. I use a hand wash function on the washing machine & I do not put them in the tumble dryer & I have not had any issues with shrinkage.
The delivery has always been speedy & I have always been kept to date with my order.
I have also bought their PJ's as gifts for family who have been delighted with them.
I can highly recommend.

I’m a regular customer of Their Nibs and find their pjs to be well designed, well made and fun. Their customer service is excellent- often it’s when things go wrong that you find out about the integrity and customer commitment that companies boast about.
In my case I had a faulty item that was replaced without quibble- plus a return that got delayed in transit through no fault of Their Nibs. Particular mention to the lovely Laura who is an asset to the company!

In both case Laura/ Their Nibs sorted my issues promptly, proactively and with good humour.
I should add I have bought loads of stuff from them and issues are extremely rare. Thoroughly recommend Their Nibs!

I have a few pairs of these pyjamas now and I love wearing them, they are soft and very comfortable and lovely designs.
It is a treat getting ready for bed or just lounging around.
I am a size 10 and buy small.
Very helpful customer service.

I couldn’t be happier with my Nibs pyjamas. The material is incredibly soft and comfortable, and they feel like real quality from the moment you put them on. They’ve quickly become my go-to for relaxing at home as well as sleeping.

The fit is perfect – not too loose, not too tight – and they still look stylish while being unbelievably comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design and details.

Customer service was excellent too. The ordering process was smooth, delivery was fast, and everything arrived beautifully packaged.
