Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service, only offered via email or WhatsApp and no response from either nor their shipping company Yodel via web chat. Ordered items on 2/12/24 and still not here! Impossible to get hold of. I like their products but will never buy online again.

Ordered an item on December 2nd and…
Ordered an item on December 2nd and Yodel confirmed it would be delivered on Dec 6th. I did not receive the package and no updates were provided from a Yodel nor this company. I began chasing Chelsea on Dec 9. They only provided an update on Dec 13 stating that Yodel lost the parcel.
I found the customer service to be lacking. They wouldn't provide proper updates and don't answer emails promptly nor the WhatsApp number.

Only put one star because I cannot put less. Dreadful customer service. Waited hours for a response after order arrived missing an item. Their response was they’d look into it at the warehouse and get back to me. Several hours later another response saying the package had been delivered by Yodel. Yes I know it was delivered BUT minus an item!!! Cannot speak to a person only comms via e mail. I will never use this company again!!!!

No idea what product is like as it hasn't arrived and the customer service links don't seem to work, or at least I've had no response if they do.
Edit 1: in response to the below, I have already emailed you and had no response. It seems you only respond to negative reviews.
Edit 2: Still no response aside from the below, but the package turned up so issue likely with Yodel. If anyone from customer service had responded I wouldn't have had to waste so much time chasing them.

Very happy
Chelsea Peers have made a fan of me already and I'm sure I'll be ordering again.
They have a nice range of products, the website was easy to navigate, ordering was a breeze and delivery was prompt (ordered Friday night, delivered Monday).
A really nice touch was the lovely Christmas box it came in. Loose wrapping something like a dressing gown always looks a bit naff, but you could easily just stick a bow on this box and gift it as it is.

While the pajamas were nice, it’s impossible to contact them with an issue. No phone number available. No response to the chat function on the website (despite it being during their listed business hours) and no response via WhatsApp. Likely my first and last order with them. Shame.

Disappointed with customer service
Disappointed with customer service. Contacted on Wednesday to advise them my parcel had been delivered but when I returned home I could not locate it. They responded Thursday with the tracking information (which I already had). Have since sent a 2 more emails advising I have CCTV of my parcel being stolen, a crime reference number, and an admittance of fault from the delivery company but have had no response. I am unable to resolve with the delivery company as they need the retailer to contact them. Currently £130 out of pocket with nothing to show for it and no idea if this will be resolved for Christmas. Have ordered from them in the past and had no issue but feel I’m getting nowhere now. Disappointing considering they have been open Friday and Saturday 9-5, so feels like I am being ignored.

Disappointing
Wanted to treat myself to some high quality pyjamas that would last me years.
Decided to order two pairs from Chelsea Peers at £50 each. I assumed they must be high quality for that high price!
The Pyjamas arrived within two days and the packaging was lovely... but the pyjamas themselves are highly disappointing.
After just one wash (followed the instructions on the label) they shrunk! the sleeves have shrunk so much that it looks like they're 3/4 length!
At £50 this is unacceptable. I have pyjamas from Primark that feel and wash much better than these and for a fraction of the cost!
Was sent an email to say they would get in touch with me to solve the issue and never heard anything from them.
Avoid! get yourself some pyjamas from M&S or something!
