A warm pleasant tone willing to help
It was an absolute surprise to hear from Emma right after we had booked our tickets online. She was prompt and polite and explained the purpose of her call alerting us to the possibility of our return ticket to go into waiting given the high intake of group bookings on the day.
She was professional, diligent and advised the best outcomes for us. She also is helping us with our additional request of booking another ticket. A pleasure experience after a run around shopping online. A go-to experience to have with this agent.
