Very helpful webiste

The site has been a very helpful tool in helping research vehicles that I am interested in buying.

Very poor value

Very poor value. I paid £7.59 for a service history check, and they couldn’t provide the information. Instead of refunding the full amount, they kept over £5 just for telling me there was no result, and only refunded £2.09. This feels like charging for nothing. I wouldn’t use this service again.
