It has been over a year since I requested my refund, and I am still waiting to receive the rest of my money. I have already received part of it, but you informed me that the remaining amount depended on the airline. However, my agreement and payment were made with your company, not with the airline, so I expect you to take full responsibility and resolve this matter.
