Made an order with advice of 3-5 days delivery. No indication that it may be out of stock and no response to the ticket lodged to enquire as to a delivery date! No phone number, terrible service. If I ever hear back from them I will be asking for a full refund and I will go to my bank and dispute the transaction as fraudulent as they have not communicated and not supplied!!!

I have been tasked to purchase some quality spirits for my senior relative's 80th birthday. So my siblings and cousins pooled funds and I ordered 4 bottles of fancy spirits from Cheapest Liquor. The order was placed on 17June with a delivery to Sydney within 3 days. On 22June and everyday after, I wrote to customer support and dis not receive any response. On 23June I received a ticket saying they will attend to my ticket soon which they did not. It is 25June today and I am wondering if I should dispute my payment with my credit card issuer. If anyone is tempted to purchase any liquor from Cheapest Liquor despite their free shipping and $50 discount offers, please don't. It is not worth your stress and worry. I have learned my mistake... sigh.

Ordered and heard nothing, except for the confirmation email, for 10 days. Lodged a “ticket” and emailed and heard nothing for another week. 16 days after order had a reply, “supply issues”. 20 days Aus post notification. Delivery expected 25 days after order. Poor customer service. Avoid.
Don't buy from here
I ordered a fairly expensive bottle of whiskey for a gift, more than a month later they still have not shipped it. I was able to contact them on chat for an update after ~2 weeks, when they said it should be shipped by the end of that week, and 3 weeks later it still hasn't been shipped and now I can't get a response to cancelling and refunding my order.

The worst customer service ever! Purchased a case of Gin on 27/04 and it has not shipped till now being 11/06. Put in 3 tickets to enquire about the order, no response and there is no way to call the company. Had to call my bank to retrieve funds.

FALSE DELIVERY TIMES AND NO RESPONSE TO COMMUNICATION
They advertise that the goods will be delivered between 2 to 5 days. The tracking indicates they haven't even confirmed the order let alone pack it and send it so the chances of the goods arriving today is zero as we are talking Melbourne to Brisbane. I have tried to contact them 5 times with no response. I can only hope I get my money back.

This company haven't delivered my order or provided a refund 6 weeks after I ordered. They responded once by email two weeks ago offering me a refund since they couldn't fulfil the order. Since then no word despite repeated efforts to contact them. And they are still advertising the product that they couldn't deliver on their site despite not being able to deliver it.
EDIT: After tracking down names and contact info thru online searches and mentioning their name in escalation efforts I did finally receive a refund in week 7

I placed a $580 order and have waited now for almost a month - I can't get them to respond to emails and they don't answer their own chat prompts. Very dodgy organisation with no communication channels that work. Trying to get a refund by not getting a response. Don't order from them - it's too high risk.

10/10 service! I'm impressed with how fast my order got delivered to the work office, I only just ordered yesterday!? Loving the convenience of being able to stock up straight to our door.
Will definitely be restocking with these guys again for all our office drinks! :)
Once again - disappointed
Once again, another online service provider that doesn’t know its arse from its elbow. Why is it so difficult to update your website when stock is unavailable OR for that matter, update your customer instead of them having to chase you?!!! This is just another of many liquor suppliers off my Xmas list. Will never order again. To add insult to injury I was called Troy in the refund confirmation email, despite my name making up my email address.

Ordered some wine that not to my knowledge has been hard to source… yes it took a while to hear initially regarding the challenge to order it but the lovely staff went above and beyond to keep me informed and updated.. I couldn’t receive the order as it was discontinued so a refund with a lovely gift was much appreciated.. the staff were absolutely lovely and I would definitely order wine from them again..

Placed an order - no response - wrote an email - got a response that item is out of stock. Asked them to send part order - no response. Been almost 2 weeks since placing the order. Sent 2 emails - no response. Very difficult to reach out as there is no contact number, only AI chat box. Not sure whether I will get my order and money has been already paid. Dicey. Never ordering from them again.
Update - May 7, 2026 ~ After posting this review, I received a response from their Head of Customer Service, who apologised for the delay and also offered a complimentary gesture to make up for the inconvenience.
I received my order today and am happy with the final outcome.
However, it would be very helpful if they added a customer contact number so issues could be resolved directly before customers feel the need to post reviews in order to get action taken.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. We’ve waited over 5 weeks for our order to arrive (and received no contact from them regarding delays) and only after sending multiple emails to them they responded saying they were waiting on stock. Order gets delivered today and four bottles are missing. Was finally able to get through to someone and they informed us they were out of stock (again, we received nothing telling us about the lack of stock). MIND YOU WE SPENT OVER $1000!! I can’t believe this place is still operating after so many bad reviews & their complete lack of communication and care towards their customers.
