The shoes are incredibly comfortable and feature an excellent design. Until now, I had been wearing Airtox, but these are just as good in every way.
The build quality, fit, and overall feel are outstanding. I can easily say they meet — and even match — the standard I was used to.

Subject: Defective Product and No Customer Support
I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from ChipWorkWear.
I bought a pair of New Balance boots from your website for €108, expecting proper quality for that price. After only two weeks, the sole started coming off. After two months, the boots began leaking and letting water in, making them completely unusable.
I have contacted you four separate times, each time attaching photos and a detailed description of the defects. I have received absolutely no response. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
I paid a significant amount of money and expected both decent quality and basic customer support. Instead, I received defective footwear and complete silence.
I expect you to contact me immediately to resolve this issue — either with a refund or a replacement. If I do not receive a response promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter and share my experience on relevant review platforms and with consumer protection authorities.
I look forward to your urgent reply.
