Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 105 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers report significant dissatisfaction with the refund process, often stating that their requests were refused even when they met the company's own refund policy conditions. They frequently mention issues with customer service, describing it as unhelpful, unresponsive, and difficult to reach, particularly when trying to resolve refund disputes. Reviewers also express concerns about the website and service, noting that the site often mimics other popular AI services, leading to accidental subscriptions. Some people were dissatisfied with the subscription model, finding that the new credit system quickly exhausted their points, making the service less valuable than expected. Conversely, a small portion of people felt that they eventually received a refund, though this often required persistent effort or external intervention.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT! Deceptive billing and dispute manipulation by Asad M.

WARNING: Do not trust this service! Chatly uses hidden subscription traps to charge large amounts without clear consent. When I initiated a chargeback through my bank, their support (specifically a representative named Asad M.) contacted me via email begging me to "withdraw the dispute" in exchange for a refund. This is a direct violation of Visa and Mastercard Merchant Rules! They are trying to trick customers into dropping legal protection so they can keep the stolen money. I have reported their Merchant ID to Stripe and filed an abuse report with Cloudflare. Total fraud. Avoid at all costs! #scam #fraud #chatly

Do not give up! Full refund only after threatening a chargeback

Chatly.ai is a total subscription trap. I requested a refund within 2 hours of subscribing due to their misleading service, but they flatly refused.
After several emails, they tried to trick me into accepting a "50% partial refund" to settle the case. I refused to compromise. It was only after I issued a final ultimatum—stating I would initiate a Credit Card Chargeback with my bank—that they finally agreed to a full refund.
Advice to others: Do not accept their partial refund offers. Stand your ground and threaten a dispute/chargeback. They only pay back when they know you’re serious.

I paid 14$ for a Chatly subscription…

I was looking to subscribe to Claude.

After clicking what I believed was an ad for Claude AI, yheir logo are similar.

It was not Claude, is just a website that kink all free model on the market, kind of a simple bookmark.

When I realised my mistake, I contacted support immediately and requested a refund. I a waitig for the response, if they refund I will be back here to mention it.

If not, I will ask my bank for help.

This is not Claude. It is a separate product using similar positioning in ads.

I would not have purchased if the distinction had been clear.

from 30 day use to a CREDIT system over night :(

appreciate that the platform is evolving; however, I’ve noticed some significant limitations. Currently, there are no project features, only chat functionalities. When working with lengthy code (for instance, over 1000 lines), it becomes cumbersome to scroll all the way up just to copy the code.Additionally, the color scheme used for user messages and AI responses is identical, making it difficult to differentiate between them while scrolling through the chat history. I've also experienced instances where some AI models stop writing the code mid-post, which can be quite frustrating.I had a premium plan prior to the introduction of credit points, and I’ve been a user for over two months. I hope these issues can be addressed to enhance the user experience.

When I purchased the account, there were no credit points available. Therefore, I believe it is unfair for them to have introduced this credit system now, as I would never have bought the points system again if this had been in place from the beginning.
When I first purchased the Premium account for €20, I was able to use it for 30 days. With the new system, based on my usage, I exhaust all the points in just 5 days.
In my opinion, the credit system should be offered to new customers but not to existing ones. This smells like a refund issue.

Scam-like experience

I'm deeply challenged by this company. When I put in claude, they came up. Unbeknowst to me, this was not the legal organization for claude.ai even though for all intents and purposes it was presented that way. in retrospect, I realize it was a sponsored ad, so that should have slowed me down. It was actually only after completed the purchase did it explain what "chatly solutions" was and it was more of a conglommerate. I didn't log in. I didn't test anything. I immediately filed a complaint. It took them a week to tell me, that their refund policy doesn't allow for refunds under any ciscumstances. This is pretty extreme policy in 2026 and caused me to do some searching. It didn't take long to see that what I experienced was pretty common and similarly no refund. I'm guessing the user experience from sponsored ads to sign up, to information detailed after commitment is all designed to lure you in thinking one thing, only to learn another after you have completed your transaction. In my estimation, this is what scam-like behavior is.

I paid $90 for a Chatly subscription after clicking what I believed was an ad for Claude AI.

The branding and ad placement made it appear connected to Claude. It was not.

When I realised the mistake, I contacted support immediately and requested a refund. The response was a flat refusal. They stated that accidental purchases are not refundable under company policy.

No flexibility. No goodwill gesture. No accountability for misleading marketing.

They cancelled auto renewal but kept the full annual fee.

If you are searching for Claude AI, double check the URL before paying. This is not Claude. It is a separate product using similar positioning in ads.

I would not have purchased if the distinction had been clear.

Fraud and Scam to obtain Credit Card details

They falsely advertise as Claude AI but you are NOT getting the paid service of Claude AI, only a link to the free version. Luckily I was able to get my money back for the 1 year subscription by making a claim with Mastercard as they are a known scam company committing fraud. I did not use a single token or make a single inquiry in their platform before cancelling my subscription and fulfilled thier requirements listed in their cancellation policy but they still refused a refund. You basically get an AI generated email back after about a week that gives you some BS excuse for not getting a refund. My reason was that they do not give refunds because I was the one who made the mistake. I sent this email to Mastercard to prove I had tried to get my money back through them first so make sure you have a good email record that clearly explains that you have fulfilled the cancellation requirements. Good luck out there!

I'd sooner do business with Somali Pirates

I accidentally subscribed thinking I was subscribing to something else.

Although I never used the product and requested a refund on compliance with their policy they refused forcing me to get the refund from my credit card provider.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They modelled their software to look like Claude, and then sponsored their google ads so that when you search Claude it comes up first. I accidentally purchased their pro version instead of Claude and immediately cancelled and requested a refund and they denied it.

Cancelled within hours — refund denied, and the marketing felt misleading

I subscribed to Chatly (chatly.solutions) after finding it via Google while searching for Claude/Claude.ai. The way it appeared in search results made it feel like a direct route to Claude, but it’s actually a third-party “multi-model” portal.
Within a few hours I realised it wasn’t the service I needed and asked to cancel and request a refund. I had not meaningfully used the service. Support refused the refund, citing “misunderstanding”, without clearly applying their own published refund criteria for UK/EU customers (time window + minimal usage limits).
My takeaway: if you want a specific service (e.g., Claude), you’re better off subscribing directly with the provider rather than paying for an intermediary portal that may be difficult to unwind if you change your mind quickly. After several emails and requests they finally refunded.
