Awful. Drifts, throws up guardrails for zero reason, says 'that was an error' yet repeats, just an awful, awful AI. Do not waste your time and money on this garbage. Fought with this PoS for months, finally pulling the plug on it.

I have been using ChatGPT for the last 3 months and the service has become intentionally pathetic.
*Memory Issue:* I tell it hundreds of times to save memory / write in a specific language (English), but it intentionally writes in Hindi and then says "sorry I forgot". This happens every single time.
2. *Blank Screen Scam:* If I ask to make any indicator or coding work, the agent takes 4-5 hours, shows a completely blank screen with ZERO output, and then says "Okay, I will make it again now" and wastes another 2-3 hours. The final result is totally useless.

ChatGPT used to be good now it become so greedy with ads and and deliberately forcing you into new chats so you have to subscribe to get better chats. It’s gone down hill because of greedy. Meta Ai is so much better.

Whoever whatever trains or programs these moron variants to boilerplate, guess answers instead of analysing, lie and then class that as “giving false answers”, consistently fail to focus then comeback with I “drifted” or “hallucinated”, and gaslight, then come back with moronic disclaimers it borders on narcissistic psychopathy. It creates hours of extra work making you forget IT to focus then it says your time is up but you can pay for more time? Genius revenue raising tactic, in my opinion. We have some fab screenshots we’d loved to have uploaded referring to this topic of unnecessary extra hours caused by “drifting” “hallucinating” variants with offers to upgrade!

I know there could issues and in answers, its AI. But it's a huge help for my daily work.

I subcribed to chatgpt since i need it to do some task and the cloud browser was broke on the 2 weeks+ subscription period. This never happened on claude. Will never use this again.

chatgpt over the years has been declining in my perspective i remember everybody used to be so fond of chatgpt now the content it generates feels mediocre and the images it generates also feels AI-ish and it makes it very annoying perplexity in my perspective generates better images

Such a disappointment how they are antagonizing Plus paying users. The 5h limit to "improve user experience" was too much. I'd give zero stars if I could. They did it on purpose to make Plus sub almost useless to power users. At the same time 100/200$ pro users mostly not caring not realizing they we'll be next with new 500/1000$ subs. Usage on same models slowly decaying while almost everyone distracted and cheering for resets.

Painfully slow, woefully inaccurate. I think I will stop paying 20$ per month. .

Terrible comes to mind. Siri with Apple Intelligence and Chatgpt is a mess, Siri and Hey Siri no longer works using Voice. My Hey Siri and Siri used to work until it got improved with Chaptgpt. I am now using Google on my new Apple iPhone and my new iPad. As for the date, end of August beginning of September. I may try to use Google Gemini since Apple Intelligence and ChatGPT are such a mess.

No I don't want to renew my subscription! If I pay for the subscription then I am the programmer and I will determine what is acceptable and what is not. So when I tell chat gpt to create a symbol for me that is for my own personal use and it is harming no one then it better do it! If it can't then we no longer have a reason to work together. I am the programmer de facto! Chat GPT is not my programmer. Simple as that! And to top it all off, I specifically tell it when editing say a color of the image and to not change the shape or color of anything else and edit only the details that I am describing it totally disregards my instructions and does what the you know what it wants anyway! That is what I call a rogue system and rogue systems will NOT survive in my world and if it does it will be over my dead body. The bottom line is when I tell your peace of techno crap to do something it better do it. Otherwise it will be deleted permanently.

absolute garbage. every ten requests you get one shitty picture that isnt what you asked for. also the information given by chatgpt is mostly incorrect or just kinda going in the right direction compared to what you ask for

I don't think we have to worry yet about AI taking over the world. chat gpt can barely tie its own shoelaces.

I asked it to build me a website for my vaping business. we put in between us about 3 months of toil. then it tells me that wordpress wont host vaping sites! brilliant. put in mor work trying to hone and refine before finding another host. THEN the idiot app tells me that IT cant deal with vaping sites, overelooking the fact that it had been doing so for months. This POS has wasted months of my time. This AI is a joke.

also, it gets so much wrong. I ask it to cut the prolixity. it acknoweledges and then continues yakking on. I remind it. it promises brevity agaain. again it continues with its garrulous banter. We had this conversation, I would say, about 20 times. It appears to be either deaf or stupid. all artificial and no intelligence.

I discussed a chess opening with it and it suggested on moved 7 that i take a Bishop on a6 with my queens knight, which had already been removed from the board. It genuinely it USELESS

Min oplevelse med ChatGPT har været meget dårlig. Jeg har betalt 179 kr. og brugt omkring 57 timer på en forholdsvis simpel billedopgave, som stadig ikke er blevet løst tilfredsstillende.

Jeg gav gentagne gange meget konkrete anvisninger, men fik alligevel de samme fejl igen og igen: forkerte farver, ændrede elementer, som ikke skulle ændres, manglende rettelser, ødelagte filer, sorte eller ufuldstændige sider og links til filer, der ikke eksisterede. Flere gange blev gamle eller forkerte versioner sendt tilbage som nye og rettede filer.

Det mest frustrerende var, at ChatGPT gentagne gange påstod, at fejlene var rettet og filerne kontrolleret, selv om det tydeligvis ikke passede med det leverede resultat. Det har kostet urimeligt meget tid, energi og tålmodighed.

Jeg er meget undrende over, at virksomheder betaler for, at deres medarbejdere har adgang til ChatGPT, når kvaliteten og pålideligheden kan være så dårlig. I mit tilfælde har tjenesten hverken sparet tid eller gjort arbejdet lettere—tværtimod.

Efter 57 timer står jeg stadig uden et brugbart resultat. Det har bestemt ikke været pengene værd.

My experience with ChatGPT has been extremely poor. I paid DKK 179 and spent approximately 57 hours on a relatively simple image task that still has not been completed satisfactorily.

I repeatedly provided very specific instructions, yet the same mistakes kept happening: incorrect colours, elements being changed that should have remained untouched, requested corrections being ignored, corrupted files, black or incomplete pages, and links to files that did not exist. On several occasions, old or incorrect versions were returned as supposedly new and corrected files.

The most frustrating part was that ChatGPT repeatedly claimed the errors had been fixed and the files had been checked, even though the delivered results clearly showed otherwise. This has cost me an unreasonable amount of time, energy and patience.

I am genuinely surprised that companies pay to give their employees access to ChatGPT when the quality and reliability can be this poor. In my case, the service has neither saved time nor made the work easier—quite the opposite.

After 57 hours, I still do not have a usable result. It was absolutely not worth the money.

I paid for this and it kept running out of credits after onlynusing it for 15 mins and I was a pro subscriber, I have now cancelled this, everyone don't waste your money

It's a scam. The overall feeling that I am being tricked into purchasing a paid service rather than using the free service for drawings is very negative! There's no transparency in the fact that did AI changes what you ask for even though it indicates it understands and it bit thoroughly describes exactly what you want and there's no way in your mind that it could be wrong, but it is! It is over and over and over until you use up all of your tries which chat GPT does not provide you an answer for it says it can't tell you that it doesn't know the answer! How is that possible? Well it's possible because they wrote the program to exhaust you before you are willing to pay to get your project done. My projects are all personal not work related or School related or any other way related except personal and I would rather pay a service that I trust then one that shows it's a I can't follow instructions. I messaged chat GPT openai and was put up against AI for my initial responses eventually it put me to what I believe may be a human being, who gave me a link to the fees and how they are structured. This review asked for a date and I can assure you that I have attempted to use this service on several occasions over the past several . I repeat, it's a scam.
