We received excellent service from Chase PMC Ltd. Ka conducted on 27 August 2024 a RICS home survey on the property we intended to purchase. The surveyor's report was produced within days after Ka's site visit. Even better is Ka provided brief oral comments immediately after the visit which we appreciated very much. Ka also set up meeting for us to clarify and ask questions. He offered pragmatic and useful advice and he explained and answered our questions very clearly. Ka's service is very professional and I would recommend Ka to my friends who need services of a home survey.

Ka is a detail-minded and reliable surveyor. He videotaped what could be seen in the loft where we could not reach when viewing the house. Moreover, in the loft, he could find something which may be easily ignored and let us know how to follow the issues related. He could take the initiative to remind us how to communicate with our solicitor with the help of the survey report too. What is more, Ka is efficient. He could finish the written report with adequate photos illustrated in the proposed timeframe. Even more, Ka is very patient. He offered us an online conference and patiently answered our enquiries with strong data and his fruitful experience. Much of our worries could be resolved.

As a first time buyer, I was most impressed with the post inspection call between Ka (the surveyor) and myself. The call was really helpful for me to understand some of the important points raised in the report. The Q and A session also allowed me to ask any questions I had with the flat, some of which may go beyond the scope for a surveyor. Chase PMC was very responsive when we approached them to schedule the snagging. Work even on public holiday to accommodate client's urgency. On-site survey with video for each part of the property to highlight the faults. Draft report with photos received the following day and final report the day after. Would highly recommend them to those who need snagging service.
