Hopstar HSC4: A great product made in the UK
I needed a folding, yet sturdy, hop-up with a platform height of 1000mm, with the largest possible platform area and yet covering the minimum amount of floor space, preferably made in the UK. My Hopstar 1000mm HSC4 with the optional handrail is the perfect solution. My online purchase was followed up by a personal call from Chase to check the order and confirm everything was as requested; it then arrived promptly and in great condition. The Hopstar was easy to unfold and tighten the handrail bolts and it is now in daily use to access an awkward storage space. A fantastic purchase and it's made in Wales, so my specifications have been fulfilled exactly and Chase is where I'll go for all my future ladder needs.

Dockstar Foil Ladder

Quality Roof Ladder deliver quickly
This is a quality roof ladder. It was easy to assemble and nice and lightweight. I have already been on it and it is sturdy and feels secure. Arrived ahead of schedule. So really happy with this purchase and this supplier.

Product was as described but one of the ladder rungs had a dent in it on delivery. I wasn't home to take delivery so couriers left them outside my house!! So was unable to check whether item was damaged on delivery. Was told by Chase Ladders that courier would not leave them if no one was home but they did
