"I am 60 years old and have seen many dentists over the years, but I can confidently say that Mrs Aneta Mioduszewska at Charming Smiles is the best I have ever had.
The clinical work is truly exceptional. I’ve had two veneers fitted that are lined up perfectly; the colour match is so spot-on that you’d never know they weren’t my own natural teeth. I have also had a bridge crown that match perfectly, as well as various fillings and overlay treatments. Every procedure has been handled with incredible skill and precision. I also want to mention the hygiene cleans, which are always wonderful and thorough.
Beyond the dentistry, the entire practice is a delight. The reception staff are great—always welcoming, professional, and helpful. While I see Mrs Aneta Mioduszewska, the high standard of care throughout the building gives me total confidence in the whole team. If you are looking for top-tier dental care in a friendly, professional environment, I cannot recommend Charming Smiles highly enough!"

"tough luck everywhere's at capacity"
I went to try to get an emergency appointment as a filling has decroded to the state food keeps getting stuck under it and it is causing infection and pain after trying to get a local NHS dentist for quite a while after having moved to derby, speaking to the receptionist and pointing out why I needed an appointment because of the problems this is now causing to my teeth as I haven't been able to get a dentist registration for so long, two people at reception today just went "tough luck everywhere's at capacity now" even when asking where I could get an NHS dentist, terrible attitude reception, no sympathy for someone who is getting additional tooth decay and infections because of a lasting problem I have been unable to get sorted as no NHS dentist is taking patients in the area, and just horrible attitude which causes more problems for my health which causes more problems for the health services overall. I should be able to register for a local appointment on the NHS even if it's just an emergency to fix this issue, I'm not even looking for ongoing treatments I just need this filling hole sorted so I can go on with my life without pain and gum infections (which may cause me to lose more teeth) horrible place wouldn't recommend.
