I ordered two charms for my mum for Mother's Day. I had it sent to her house, as I'm up at uni, and told her not to open the package. I get a phone call a few days later asking what I had received because they had a feeling they sent the wrong charm. On the phone it did slightly feel like the guy was blaming me for it happening. I had to get my friend to go round, pick up the package and open it. She found that the had got a koala mixed with a policeman's helmet (they don't even look the same!). In all fairness they did send the right charm as soon as they knew however it shouldn't of happened in the first place and I shouldn't of been made to feel it was my fault.

Regarding your reply:

I believe that my review has not been sent too quickly. It is simply how I felt about your service, you sent me an email asking me to evaluate it and this is what I thought. If you felt that my review was sent in too quick then why send me the email in the first place?

I do take responsibility that I did at first give you the wrong delivery address and I am grateful that you changed this quickly.

Regarding the phone call with one of your staff, it simply how I felt. Surely if you were a professional company you would take this feedback and find a way so that a customer does not feel like this again. I would have been willing to look past the fact that you sent me the wrong item in the first place, however that phone conversation really upset me and made me feel like I was not valued as a customer.

What I find unprofessional about your company is that today, Tuesday 12th March at 3:11pm, I received a phone call from the same staff member who made me feel this way. During this phone call he stated that, and I quote, 'it's all in your imagination' and 'it's not our fault you woke up on the wrong side of the bed'. That is not a way to treat a customer at all and I would be ashamed if I owned a company and one of my employees spoke to someone in this way.

I have changed this rating to 1 star, due to how I have been treated since posting this feedback, and believe it does not give a misleading level of service from your company. I do not feel respected as a customer and would highly suggest to anyone not to buy from your company.

The delivery of my charms was amazing!!! I ordered around 3pm the one afternoon and the charms arrived the next morning!!

The only problem I experienced was when I went to checkout from my basket - there was no 'proceed' or 'checkout' button to press. This was resolved with me using the websites 'contact us' page and a quick response from Charm Heaven.

The charms were well described, and arrived well protected. I thought they looked better than the photos and I will definitely use Charm Heaven in the future.

Recently placed my first order with charm heaven and I was very happy with the service, they were delivered securely and on exactly the day they said. The offer of a deposit down and four monthly repayments interest free was a bonus, as the charms I was after were on a buy three for the price of two you couldn't really go wrong. I have ordered from Charm Heaven on several occassions and the package always arrives two days later packed well and plenty of tissue paper to gift wrap in. Will use them again and always recommending them to others.

Was not notified about a charm being out of stock on first order so I contacted them they were very apologetic and also gave me £10 credit, I then used again and they communicated well as something was out of stock and delivery was fast. Will def use again

I ordered 3 charms then received a phonecall explaining there would be a slight delay as 2 were out of stock however received them 3 days later so was really pleased. Charms are stunning and came in proper boxes instead of cardboard sleeves with plenty extra chamilia tissue and gift bag. Will definately buy from them again.
