For our team at Shoprocket, Charlie is the best tool for organising and monitoring employee information. Especially as a remote company, Charlie provides a great centralised space for employee information, like holidays, sick days and contact details. We can attest that, through Charlie, it was easy and quick to onboard to our team, saving time and hassle of admin work like collecting employee information. Due to the emphasis on security, our employees are reassured that their sensitive information is safe. Charlie gives us the time and freedom to focus on our business- it really is the best solution for our startup!

I started using Charlie for my company when I was looking for affordable HR solutions that would work for my company. After some research, I found Charlie, and I am glad I did. The user interface is beautifully designed, easy to use, and offers enough features to make my company more productive. Don't think Charlie is not the solution for you due to the free price tag, it is perfect fot any company, and it will save you and your company a lot of time.

Charlie HR has simply restored my faith in design for HR systems. It's easy to use, simple in sign up and looks AWESOME!!

As a free platform they've managed to capture all of the necessary needs and I know are building out more functionalities each month. This is a must system for any small to medium sized business

A seriously simple programme to use, especially for our expanding team of fourteen. A few niggles here and there in regards to receiving notifications for Archived employees and only having deductible holiday, but this was addressed very quickly and there are now a number of non-working day options. Even better that it is free!

Someone recommended Charlie and we haven't looked back. It has all the features I was looking for and it's really intuitive. It just saves me a lot of time, which should be the point of software!

Can't rate Charlie HR highly enough. We run a medium sized technology business with c.40 employees and growing quickly. With new staff arriving every month the onboarding process is something that until now was time consuming and quite frankly a pain in the back-side. We dabbled with some other HR software last year which was expensive and quite poor. But then I discovered Charlie HR through a friend. Within 30 minutes of finding it, we'd circulated it to all our staff and by the end of the day we had nearly all of them signed up. It is so quick and easy to use. We had a new staff member join yesterday, the onboarding process took SIX minutes. This compared to the HOURS faffing with Google Spreadsheets and forms beforehand. Would nit hesitate recommending this to anyone.

Simple & straightforward to setup. Easy for staff to use either on PC or phone. Best of all - no spreadsheets to maintain! Looking forward to making use of the pension & bike scheme add ons.

It has most, if not all the features required for small/medium sized business' and takes a lot of the hassle away from day to day HR management. It allows for individuals to both onboard themselves and self-manage in an easy-to-use platform. It has the right ethos for it's continued development, already utilising useful integrations into commonly used platforms such as Slack and Google Calendars.

It works seamlessly on mobile, tablets and desktop which allows for dealing with any issues on the road easy and straightforward.

With it's security and encryption, it allows for us to be data protection compliant with our employee's sensitive data.

Charlie has helped us in many areas, with the most notable being helping us create a seamless on boarding process. The ease of using Charlie is truly down to a great user experience which is completely intuitive meaning all of the team have found it super quick and easy to get themselves set up.
