This is a fantastic bench easy to assemble, good quality steel and solid stability looks great on the patio. Fast delivery and great customer service. I would genuinely recommend this product.

The item itself is lovely but the delivery company was not good and I never got the item. I did complain and it was sent via another company, delivery was good that time.

Paid extra for next day delivery. Received it 3 days later after the order. Complained & yes had a response to refund the delivery charge however that doesn’t excuse the item being dispatched late. The frame of the clock is twisted so had to attach it to the wall out of line so it then looked level.

This bin was purchased to replace my old sensor bin which was quite annoying because every time you walked passed it it would open. This Charles Bentley bin is much better as when you walk past it is doesn't open. It's a good size too. When you put your hand over the sensor the lid opens with a nice smooth sound. If you don't want the lid to close after five seconds you can touch the open button and it stays open for fifteen minutes.

Quality not bad and delivered very fast. But unfortunately bbq arrived damaged, bend in couple points but was to late to return the item as we realised half way of putting it together. 4 points had paint chipped also one of the burners keep over-gasing and flame not really nice.
In general I would say not bad if not them things, unfortunately destroyed general happiness of getting new item.

We are so happy with this company. We had ordered a garden bench which had some damage in transit. Charles Bentley were easy to contact in person, they arranged a friendly courier and replaced our order without delay, at all times communicating clearly and promptly. A lovely company, fully worthy of all their good reviews.

Will never buy again from Charles Bentley. The return process is a nightmare, where you waste your time sat home several days waiting for a collection that will never happen! No respect to the customer rights and time!

Bought a Charles bentley parasol through Debenhams. The parasol had arrived when we changed our mind and wanted a gazebo instead. The box was never opened. Contacted customer service and requested a return. A collection had been booked 3 times according to the customer service but no one ever came to collect. The first time it was booked for a day in the past!! I never received return label or parcel Id or any information at all. On the email it was stated that I should receive information on the day of collection from the courier about the collection window. Wasted one entire day sat at home waiting. Contacted customer service again informed about how disappointed I was. According to them courier stated "collection refused" but I explained no one ever came. Second collection arranged, and I said that I will contact them again on the day of collection if i dont receive anything from the collecting company, to avoid the same incident occuring again. Around 1 pm, emailed support team informing that courier has not ben in touch. The reassured me that the collection was still scheduled for the day after contacting the courier. And guess what, spend 2nd day waiting for a courier that never arrived. Followed up with a email asking if they had any information about the collection, still had no reply, since the 26th of August.

Generally, the impression is that they will fool you around, arranging a collection that nevers happens,waste several days of you time being at home waiting the whole day, with the purpose of your 14 day return window to expire so you cant return the item anymore. Honestly, terrible! Everyone has the right to change mind, imagine furthermore if the item was damaged (dont know as it still untouched in the original packing) it would be impossible to return!

Ordered and delivered within a few days, can't fault at all.

I bought the cover for my Charles Bentley seat so I knew the size dimensions were true for the product. The cover is of good quality - nice a tough to stand the elements. String was added as an option to add to the cover, but when trying to use it, it didn't make any sense as the particular cover I bought which had 2 zip side panels, meant the string got in the way and acted as a trip hazard. We took the string out and the cover was still fine over our garden bench.

Assembly instructions are a nightmare. So far it’s been two hours and we’re not much further in. It would be better if front legs and back legs were marked on instructions. Anyone purchasing this will need an experienced DIY MAN TO ASSEMBle. if we get it assembled I will leave a review re barbecue

6 Gray Ratten Chairs. They are horrendous to put together as the screws were painted after being threaded at the manufacturers. This is why you are getting assembly complaints but I’m sure you know.

This is a very comfortable sun bed ; ideal for lounging in the garden and I look forward to taking it camping.
It does take a bit of manipulation to get the legs and feet into the correct position
