The table and chairs were described as requiring some assembly whereas the reality was it had over 200 nuts, bolts etc which were necessary to assemble the table and chairs. I call that rather more than some ! As I am a disabled pensioner I had to pay someone to come and assemble it for me.

Ordering online was simple. Bought Clay fire pit. Was kept up to date with process/dispatch/delivery. Arrived in one piece having been well packaged!

Would definitely consider shopping with them in the future.

Table never arrived! given 3 different delivery dates with 2 hour windows!
None actually happened and no contac from mCharles Bentley nor their chosen courier company!
Terrible experience over a 2 week period , wasted 6 hours of my life! terrible customer service from both courier and Charles Bentley. If you want a table for summer look else where!

I ordered a garden clock for a birthday gift and it arrived punctually. It is lovely and is now in pride of place in my mum’s garden.

Really disappointed with my parasol. I bought as have previously bought parasol from Charles Bentley as usually good quality but they have changed the material to a much cheaper, flimsier and poorer quality fabric. It looks much cheaper compared to the one o bought last year. Please return to your previous supplier and specification

Outside dining chairs really difficult to assemble. Parts twisted or not square . Nothing like IKEA. Would never buy from this company again.

Without a doubt the worst and most useless set of assembly instructions I have ever encountered. Do not buy this unless you are engineer minded and adept at working things out for your self as you go along.

Unfortunately the table for garden was not up to standard due to marks on it but it seemed heavy weigh and sturdy but I didn't take it out box just looked inside .
It was collected promptly and as was refund .
I've had things before and been satisfied.
I would try them again .

Shocking service, table never arrived or refunded, had to contact them to be told dx lost the table and out of stock only to find them selling the tables at a higher price on many sites
