Terrible experience and loss of money and time!I ordered shoes and got cardboard version of them! Everything what they show and say on their website is not true starting from the products to return and customer service! It’s not “easy return “ as it stated! You have to return it to China. Unfortunately, as they said to me my return didn’t clear the customs and its customer’s responsibility!? There is no way you can contact any customs department in China! I waited for 4 months and wrote numerous emails but no response, no refund. It’s a big scam! Please, try some other legitimate companies. This one is for sure not that!

Horrible company. Junk products. All cheap China products. I ordered a $70 pair of boots. They were cheap plastic and the wrong size. I went round and round with the company. The wouldn’t do anything remotely helpful to fix the problem. I finally agreed to let them send me a smaller size and they are still too big and absolute junk! I can’t even give them away! Stay away from this company.

If I could give zero stars I would... Got a leather jacket the product looks absolutely nothing like the picture it is shiny puffy costume leather and very poor quality. The website says returns are easy and simple which is a straight out lie after emailing back and forth with customer service for over a week they finally sent me return instructions that basically say drop the package off at UPS and pay for everything yourself and the address they give you is about 3 lines long in china.... Absolutely ridiculous DO NOT make the mistake of giving this sham company any of your business!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. What you see online is NOT what you get in the mail. Packaged arrived damaged with holes. Shoes with massive creases in the plastic leather...not as shown or described. The sizes are so very wrong. The linen is polyester barely sewn together. Missing buttons. Zippers that don't zip. Shoes that have their own sound effects whilst walking...like a plastic bag in the wind. Just don't. One star is generous.

Horrible!! I ordered the Aria leather boots for my daughter. The arrived in crumpled packaging which was the least of the worries. They were plastic through and through…so cheap and ugly. Nothing like the photos. $70 gone! Can’t get money back.

The company is a scam I ordered 2 sweaters they advertise that they are a US company going out of business, when they operate from China . The merchandise arrived in a ripped bag with out tags and looked nothing like what I ordered. To return would cost me over 300 dollars.

Long shipping, products look nothing like they are presented online, shoes smelled of strong chemicals and came in a plastic bag. You have to pay for any items retuned- and you have to ship to China which makes no shipping worth the process, time, or expensive. TOTAL SCAM!!! NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!
