We received your funds 17 minutes after you initiated the exchange - unfortunately, the rate changed a bit in that period of time.

My LTC to TRX transaction went through…
My LTC to TRX transaction went through okay, but took a lot longer than I expected at around 45 minutes. With such a large transaction at stake, I was worried my coins might have been lost to the void. However, I read that transactions can take up to an hour to complete so I did not bite my nails too much. The exchange rate was fair in my opinion and I would do business with them again in the future if they keep their good exchange rates!
